    GIVE PICK UP AND DROP OFF DATES AND TIMES AHEAD OF TIME! The day of/night of DOES NOT WORK for older folks!My last pick up on 10/30 you gave me 3 hours!And charged me extra for Premium Service.The drop off was 30 min. Before! Not using your company again!

    At SGT Auto Transport, all pickup and delivery times are estimated, as vehicle transport depends on multiple variables including route logistics, driver availability, traffic, weather, and other factors. While we always strive to provide as much advance notice as possible, exact times can only be confirmed once the carrier finalizes their route. This industry-wide practice ensures safety, efficiency, and accurate coordination across all shipments.

    Regarding the *************** charge, this option is an expedited scheduling upgrade that guarantees the pickup dates. It does not, however, guarantee exact pickup or delivery times but it significantly reduces waiting windows and provides faster overall handling.

    We truly regret any inconvenience caused by the short notice you experienced. Your feedback is valuable and has been shared with our logistics team to help us improve communication, especially for customers who may need additional time to prepare.

    I dont like how *** tried to charge you more for a guaranteed pick up date and for a. Extra 100 lbs in the car. There shouldnt be an extra charge for a dedicated

    The Guaranteed Pickup Date option is indeed a premium expedited service. Because it requires dedicated scheduling, coordination with specific carrier availability, and route prioritization, it is offered at a higher price point than our standard service. This ensures customers who choose that option receive the fastest and most precise pickup possible, which many find helpful when working with tight schedules.

    Regarding extra weight in the vehicle, our standard quotes are based solely on the transportation of the vehicle itself, with a limited allowance for personal items (up to 100 lbs at no charge). Any additional weight beyond that must be declared and billed accordingly to ensure compliance with federal Department of Transportation regulation.

    These additional options are not hidden fees they are optional service upgrades provided to give our customers flexibility depending on their individual needs.

    Overall we had a great experience with ***. ** I could suggest one thing is they give a better time window of pick up and drop off. We were given about 15 minutes on pick up and about 45 minutes on drop off - but the driver we had was fantastic and the car showed up in great shape and on time. The price was fantastic as well, I would definitely recommend *** to others.

    Overall a great experience. They did pick up one day later than their estimate, so I had to reschedule my flight out of pick up location but they were incredible fast on delivery. Car was well taken care of and it was a great experience. They were not the cheapest and not the most expensive but they stuck to their estimate. I will definitely use these guys again.

    First time shipping so we were anxious about the process and of course we were told stories about what hadn't gone well for others...BUT, it all went very well from first inquiry through the selection of carrier (very professional) and every step was well explained and done as promised. Good communication. The car arrived on time in the same condition as when it was loaded. Good to know that we have a reliable company for future deliveries.

    ******** customer service. Booked 2 months in advance and paid extra for a "guaranteed" pickup date. No one ever showed up. *** did not contact me and let me know. They don't answer phones, and Chat support knows nothing, gives canned responses and are rude. There is no way to check your status of vehicle or track it, that is ***'s false advertising. Literally left an 83-year old woman out to dry without her car being picked up.
