    I am happy with the shipping service provided. Had issues with getting a specific date assigned to me but carrier requesting to ship one day before. Also, the service was supposed to be a door to door service but I had to meet the driver at a location for delivery which was not too far but without a vehicle its a hassle. I understand delivery cannot be made due to location but it should be mentioned clearly and charges should be adjusted based on whether it was a door-to-door or customer had to pickup from some other location.

    *** did a great job! They secured cross country transportation from *********** to ** in two days! The driver had great communication and took great care with our Durango SRT. It arrived in perfect shape. We were really pleased!!

    ****** was my driver and he took exceptional care to ensure all of the logistica for the Pick up of the car in NY went smoothly and did the same again with the Drop off the car in ******* . Would recommend him without question to other Car owners who are need of transport * along with SGT * which so far we have had 2 successful 1000 mile car deliveries .

    Very fast service courteous and prompt. They accommodated my schedule. The only negative thing was I inquired about the carrier they would be using and I wanted the car to be on top so they said for ****** they would accommodate me. When the car was delivered the carrier was only one level so it could only be on top so I got charged ****** for nothing.

As per the agreement, the top load service is designed to protect your vehicle from potential leaks from other vehicles. Top Load means we will guarantee your vehicle is loaded on the top deck of the trailer when assigned one, or we will secure a one-deck trailer for your vehicle. This way, we guarantee your vehicle will be safe from any oil leaks. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

    Everything was great (reservation, pickup and the driver)! I would just like them to be a bit more proactive in communicating when the exact pickup was and any updates along the way so we had a better timeline of when it was arriving.

    I have never dealt with a business requiring pickup and/or delivery that was as efficient, punctual, customer service oriented, and had knowledgeable employees as was ***. ********** that was promised was completed. Especially helpful was ***** who was the logistics expert who took my order through Chat. She was very re-assuring when I asked her questions throughout the process. I especially liked that they called the day before pickup and the day before delivery. They gave 3 hour windows and were right on each time. *** has a great operation and I thought it was reasonably priced. I would recommend them any day.

    Not happy to be charged $100.00 MORE as I followed your instructions that car could be loaded up to the windows! It was NOT OVERWEIGHT. Driver was excellent however he stated all cars should be empty. Please inform your clients if same!!!
