    Great company! No bait and switch pricing. Car picked up on the requested date and delivered earlier than expected. Very competitive pricing, delivery driver was very nice and able to work with me since I was not there for delivery. Would totally recommend.

    This is a horrible company to deal with. Our vehicle did not arrive until 3 days past the stated delivery date with zero communication from SGT **** on when the new delivery date would be. SGT **** would not tell us where our vehicle was for 3 days. We did not get an update until one hour prior to delivery. At the delivery site, the driver stopped his carrier truck on a main road with heavy traffic even though he was told it was a dangerous location. He did not speak English. We had to have someone translate to the driver how we submitted the payment balance. Do not do ship your vehicle with this company. ******** will not provide any updates on where our vehicle is or when it will be delivered. Their answer repeatedly to our question about the delivery date and time was we dont know. They never got back to us with an update. Highly unsatisfied customer.

We are truly sorry that this experience fell short of our high standards. Please be assured that we will address this situation with the carrier involved and hold them accountable to ensure that no other customer has to go through a similar experience.
