    I did a thorough research before hiring *** and they all say the same thing and I got 20 phone calls and emails a day from all the other companies. Im glad I went with ***. **** came through and everything was on time Contract said 3 days for pick up and 3 days for delivery from the day I requested for a pick up and they showed up the day after the requested day and delivered on the morning of the 2nd day. Everything went smoothly and great communication with the driver.Very happy with them.Price was also good although they did sent a email after price was approved that they would need to charge additional $200 but I sent an email back that if thats the case I will find someone else so they honored the original price Thanks again

    I found this company by searching top 10 auto shipping companies on ****** and this was rated as the 3rd best. I have no idea how that is, my experience was terrible from start to finish. During the initial intake process and setup there was a lot of back and forth, multiple people were emailing me asking me for the same things I had already sent prior to the other person, so clearly there is no communication at this company which is a theme. Then they needed an absurd amount of extra info/pictures that shouldve just been included on the intake form. Then, the day the driver shows up to pickup my truck he is using a truck from a different company than what I was told would be there causing confusion and delays while I called to figure out what was going on. I was then told it would be delivered Saturday afternoon when it was picked up on a Thursday. Then the next day they said Saturday afternoon but maybe Sunday morning. Then it was between 9-12 Sunday. Then Sunday morning the link I was sent to track the driver stopped tracking the driver. So I text the driver, no response. So I text the dispatch and he says 1, and then the driver responds and says 1 and that he would call an hour before. At 1:05 I contact dispatch after hearing nothing and then the driver calls me and starts screaming at me for contacting dispatch and getting him in trouble. Then he says 2pm and hangs up on me. Then he shows up and tells me its cash or Zelle, which I was never told and not prepared for. So I call and they said it said that on the contract. I pull up the contract and it says payment options are cash, check, credit card which is what I already used for the deposit. So I have to make a Zelle on the spot to pay. Absolutely horrendous experience, terrible communication and very unprofessional. Now I know why they were the cheapest option. Wish I wouldnt have chose to save the $50, 0/10 would absolutely not recommend.
