    I dealt with SGT AUTO TRANSPORT CORP for a mere 3 mins before cancelling their service which that charged me $149. There was a mistake found immediately and requested a cancel, but instead of just cancelling I was charged. Absolutely zero work was done on their part so why should I be charged. They will go about saying blah blah its in our contract. Well *** made the mistake, I found it, but they didn't own up to it. Avoid them, there are many others outhere with better customer service.

    We appreciate any honest feedback, we offer the same.  As any business, we put in a lot of time, money  and effort into serving our customers in order to achieve overall success for them as well as us as a business.  No one is forced to use our services, but utilizing our resources and choosing not to pay for the costs associated, is unreasonable and unethical.

    SGT was hired to utilize our auto hauling industry expertise and proprietary vetted motor carrier network to set up transport with a licensed and insured motor carrier.

    Unlike most brokers, we stand by our commitment to providing you the best service possible by executing contract agreements that bind our commitment to our customers. This is to help our customers not hurt them. We take that commitment seriously and expect that from our customers as well.

    What the general public and most first time shippers do not understand is a tremendous amount of resourcing goes into the set up transports and the vetting of our motor carrier network to ensure proper carrier government and insurance credentials. The moment the service contract is signed by our customer, there are no delays in taking action to resource that transport.

    We therefore maintain a strict cancellation policy and we go to great lengths to be transparent by communicating this in many ways; verbally, on our website, linked in customer emails, and within the signed customer contract. Unfortunately, the customer breached our mutual written contract,  used our resources, then canceled, making a cancellation fee applicable.

    There you go consumers, the lies are visible in their response. In 3 mins what resources did you utilize? Absolutely none. A mistake made by your staff by entering the incorrect date (on my pdf contract printed after filling it out shows the correct date) and you still didn't figure to correct it or waive the cancellation fee as it was your mistake.

    They picked up in ********** on Friday morning and deliver 1 st thing Tuesday morning. Car was handled professionally and with care. Would use them again and highly recommended

    I give *** 5 stars but the credit largely goes to the carrier ***************. **** at *** is very professional and competent. He updated me as he progressed across country and we were easily able to arrange my pick *** for departure and arrival. My car arrived undamaged, in good shape. No complaints. I thought the price was reasonable. To be fair, perhaps credit for this should be shared with *** and *** ********

    Few problems with stg auto Driver they sent was a little hard to understand they did not speak English much at all while pulling into our neighborhood they hit the entrance gate arm and knocked it down the guard at the security entrance took his name and info

    *** has transported 3 of my collector cars and they have all arrived in as perfect condition as they were picked up. Their prices are the best and their deliveries are always within the time frame they state.Great communication from the driver on delivery time, he keeps you updated on his location and ETA.

    I used *** to help my son move his car from ******* to *******. *** was a pleasure work with and answered all my questions. The transfer of the car was made very easy and the transaction and car move was very smooth. I would recommend *** and would definitely use them again.
