    This is a horrible company to deal with. Our vehicle did not arrive until 3 days past the stated delivery date with zero communication from SGT **** on when the new delivery date would be. SGT **** would not tell us where our vehicle was for 3 days. We did not get an update until one hour prior to delivery. At the delivery site, the driver stopped his carrier truck on a main road with heavy traffic even though he was told it was a dangerous location. He did not speak English. We had to have someone translate to the driver how we submitted the payment balance. Do not do ship your vehicle with this company. ******** will not provide any updates on where our vehicle is or when it will be delivered. Their answer repeatedly to our question about the delivery date and time was we dont know. They never got back to us with an update. Highly unsatisfied customer.

We are truly sorry that this experience fell short of our high standards.     Customer service communication was excellent! We had to make changes in scheduling and they graciously accommodated. The vehicle was not standard so we were concerned, but SGT was able to identify a carrier and the vehicle arrived as scheduled. The carrier delayed pickup by a day, which caused an inconvenience. However, we were kept informed and I did not feel anyone was at fault. Given the variables, timing cannot necessarily be exact. We felt the price was excellent with no hidden fees. We would recommend.

    Where to start... Not in a million years would I have imagined having a vehicle transported from out of state (***** to *******) going so smooth & seamless, be so affordable, or that everyone I interacted with at *** would be so accommodating, prompt, straight forward & personable. After 21 years & ******* miles, the car I bought new with 5 miles on it & had been with me through every high, low & in-between moment of my adulthood, took me on our final ride together last month. Three weeks later, I found a beauty & knew she was the one. However, she was 2 states away. After reading numerous reviews & comparing 15+ auto transport companies, I spoke with **** at ***. The price went $610 on credit card to $498 part credit *********** cash to $475 after price matching a competitor quote. He had my vehicle on a truck at 4pm the next day, ************** was delivered via 3 truck transport to my front door & off their truck the next day, Sunday, at 11:30am. Erdem, driver, let me know at 9:45 Sunday morning that he would have it to me around 11 am. He & the other transporter, ****, were absolutely delightful, so friendly & personable. To say they were cherry on top of this entire experience would be an understatement. If anyone is unsure as to whether *** is the transport company for them, I am soooooooooooo very pleased with my decision to have them transport my next big adventure into my life. I will recommend them 100 times over! Thank you *** for going above & beyond!!!
