    ***** ******* I had a bad experience that took much of my time. I had my *** shipped from AZ to ** and had damage. *** washed their hands and said " here is our insurance, we don't deal with that". The insurance said, "the transporter denied wanting to pay and does not show coverage". They did not take photos on pick up. I am not sure what you do from here.

    Your vehicle was fully insured during transport, but as per our Terms and Conditions, both the Carrier and Customer have a shared responsibility to properly document the vehicles condition. This includes taking before and after photos to identify any pre-existing or new damage during transport. The pre-trip inspection is a crucial step, as outlined in Section 4.g, where both parties complete a vehicle inspection report on the Bill of Lading. This report should document the vehicle's condition, and any existing damage is noted.

    At delivery, as per Section 4.h, another inspection is conducted, and if no new damage is noted on the final Bill of Lading, it confirms that the vehicle was received in the condition expected. Both inspections, including photo documentation, fall under this shared responsibility to ensure a clear record of the vehicle's state before and after transport.

    Our compliance team provided guidance on what steps could be taken next. The team advised you on the type of claim that could be filed if the carriers insurance failed to cover the damages.

    What a St show!Unreal able pick up, 6 hours late And made my contact to have to meet on road outside of her residence.3 PM pickup and ended up a dark 9:30 PM! Driver was non apologetic!I got a call at 10 AM the same day and asked when pickup would be, 3PM Driver gave new pickup times after my contact called in. 6PM then 8PM then finally 9PM! Then said, you got to meet me out on main road!Car did get to destination a day late but this company subs to anyone that wants to pickup. Look for another outfit that has control of there own drivers.

    *** was great to work with. They found a driver to pick up my truck in under 24 hrs. My truck was in ********* and needed to be delivered to ***********. The driver they found was able to pick up my truck without me needing to be there which made it super easy for me. The driver called me an hour before he picked it and again when it was loaded and sent pictures. He called again when he was an hour away as well. They did a great job at a great price. I would certainly call them again for any other vehicle moves.

    Was originally quoted $984 for enclosed carrier shipping from **** to *******. Received a call from *** offering a guaranteed pick up date for an additional $300, new total $1284. The day of pick up price changed to $1550, negotiated to $1500. All I can say is when one of these transport companies price comes in much lower than their competitors DON'T BELIEVE THEM. Second year in a row this has happened to me (ABC Car Shipping) screwed me last year.
