    SGT transported the vehicle as promised. The driver had to be creative due to city restrictions for large tractor trailers both for the pickup and delivery. Would recommend this firm to others as a good friend recommended SGT to me.

    Was Very impressed with the Staff and all the input and feedback...
    The quotes were accurate and fair and all Employees very accommodating.....
    A bit of Surprise with Transport rig...as it was just attached to a pickup truck and Van had no padding or lock down for vehicle...
    There was No visible description of Company ... not encouraging.
    I clearly instructed Driver how to weave in to my building in Deerfield Beach....and he missed landmarks to access me and called from about a mile away. I drove to him ...and car was loaded. I walked a mile back...it was a hot day !
    But...All in All....the Driver was good and got to New York in a timely manner....and car arrived safely.

    A rip off. They employ a bait and switch strategy. They rope you in with a contracted price and then, when it is too late to change, they hit you with a massive price increase. I placed my order almost a month prior to pick up. I was told my car would be picked up within a 3 day window. I checked 2 days prior to the first scheduled day of pick up and was reassured they were confident in their ability to find a driver within the three-day window and that they would keep me updated throughout the process. I was never updated so I called in on the 4th day to get a status and learned they did not even have a driver yet. The next day, day 5, I still did not hear anything so I called again and was told they were confident they would find a driver. Finally, late in the day on day 5, I received a call that they had located a driver at a cost premium of almost 50% over my contracted price with a pick up on day 6!! By this time I had to take it as I really had no choice, I was back home, 1500 miles away from the car.
    Then, to top it off, I called in to get the President’s e-mail address to register my complaint and was told I could not have it. My only option was to send a message to the customer service people who would forward it. Of course, the President never got back to me
    The service and pricing policy stated on their web site is a complete fabrication which bears no resemblance to the truth. I have rarely been treated as poorly and I can’t remember a time when I felt as cheated both in delivery and price as I felt on this transaction. BEWARE of using them.

We understand if you chose to decline the option, and we will continue working on the shipment as usual.

    We were in a rush to move a vehicle from FL to Ohio. We had a great 2 day turn around, and the driver updated along the way. SGT called before the transporter left to make sure we were satisfied as well. 10/10 recommend
