  I definitely recommend SGT Auto Transport. Customer service was exceptional when going through the process and easy. They picked up my car and said it would be dropped off 9-11 days later, and it arrived sooner on day 8! I was very thankful for that. My driver Gino had great communication with me for my car arrival. Once again, I recommend SGT Auto and will definitely be using them again if needed. ??????????

  This was the first time that we had our car transported so to put it mildly I was very nervous about it. When I met our transport company, R1 Express driver Ben, I immediately felt at ease. Ben took very good care of my vehicle. I will certainly use SGT again for any transport we need. Thank you SGT.

  Called SGT on Monday following Easter. Car was picked up within 6 hrs/same day and delivered nearly 500 miles away the NEXT DAY.
  Yes this is an absolutey 100% satisfied customer. Best service I have ever gotten from an auto carrier. Pricing wise they were competitive to or cheaper than other carriers. The car will be returning via SGT as well.

  Do not use this company. I have not entered reviews for companies before but felt obligated to help others avoid the nightmare they put us through. We contacted SGT to have a vehicle we purchased online picked up in lower Mi from a dealer and delivered to Wisconsin. This was on a Monday, the car is to be picked up Friday or Saturday. They quoted us a price of $725, gave us a pick up date estimate, I sign the online contract, all good. Except, I can’t get a definite day they will pick up. They contact me the following Monday (the day they eventually said the car would be delivered). Said the price increased to $855 because the truck does not normally go to our town (?). No mention of that earlier. I am not happy but agree as we are in a time crunch to get the vehicle and I don’t want to start the process all over. They send a new contract. I sign it. Then they say the car won’t be picked up until the following day and won’t be delivered until the day after that. It would have been nice of them to mention that before sending the new contract! I don’t agree and ask them how they can possibly run a business in such an unethical manner. Quote price with contract, break that, raise delivery cost $130, new contract, break that by not picking up when promised, lie to customer about all of it. The dealer We bought the **** from was as baffled as us as to the run around and lies. Ended up with a different company. Hopefully, this one works out.

Within the three-business day window that we offer, we had a carrier company assigned. Although the first transporter cancelled, our dedicated dispatch department was able to locate another carrier on the same day. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we will use your feedback to identify areas where we can improve.

  Do not trust them. They don’t do what they say. I contracted with them to transport my car from CA to MN. I paid extra for a guaranteed pickup date. I gave them three weeks notice. I got an email contract and verbal assurances from them guaranteeing my pickup date. I called several times during the three weeks to check, and was told my date was guaranteed. I called several times on the guaranteed date and was told the car would be picked up that day. At 4:00 on the guaranteed date I called again and was told they weren’t going to pick the car up that day. A real problem because we were flying out at 6:30 the next morning. I had to scramble. Finally arranged to leave the car in the hotel parking lot and leave the keys at the front desk. The car was picked up the next day.

  The absolute worst. Cancelled on my pickup the night before. I could have had my car picked up many times by other providers but I waited for these unreliable transporters. THey may look like a professional organization, but they are not. They broker the transport out to anyone they can find. The worst!!!
