  Received a call about picking up my car. The cost to ship was $300 more than quoted. I was told that the car would be picked up Saturday 6pm, and delivered Sunday. Car wasn't picked up until 730 and it's been 4 days and the car is not here. I called SGT and was told the car would be delivered Tues in the morning. It's now 1130am and I haven't heard from the driver. I have lost time from work, was lied to about the delivery day and paid $300 more than quoted. Extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend this company to transport a bike in the future!

  We placed an order with SGT in early May 2023 for our car to be transported from Mass to Portland, Oregon giving May 24th as the earliest day for pick up and informing them we wanted the car to arrive on June 5, 2023, the day after we arrive in Portland. As May 24th approached no one reached out to us, so we called them and they said they have been looking for a driver. We kept calling them several days in a row, on hold for hours! They kept giving us possible pick up dates--May 29th, May 30th, then Mon 6/5 but still our car hasn't been picked up. They stated they're looking for a driver. For the past month?! We even offered to drive the car to a driver in a major city if that would help (though we're in the 2nd largest city of Mass). Then they said if we were willing to give more money to a driver that would make it easier to find one. What the heck?! Now they're holding our car for ransom while we're paying for a rental car?! We will not be using them again and will make sure to tell everybody not to use them and about our awful experience with them! I am forced to choose one star here (you have to click at least one). Do NOT BELIEVE THEIR RATINGS!

  SGT did not provide us shipping within the time period they said they would (or even a day past the time period) even though we had placed the order months before. They never called or notified us of anything. We called repeatedly but were finally forced to cancel and find our own transport at great expense because they could not provide a driver.
  
  They have extended reviews and voice mail (based in India, I believe) that says they offer great service. But you have to wait up to 40 minutes on the phone for someone, and again, even though we are based in a major city, they could never find anyone to deliver our car from Orlando to Boston. They do not book until the Sunday night before you travel and guarantee nothing. They offered at one point a great price increase and a new contract after four days of waiting (which we agreed to) but the driver cancelled. They do not honor the original rate nor do they even follow through with delivery options promised. I am forced to choose one star here (you have to click at least one). Do NOT BELIEVE THEIR RATINGS!
