  TERRIBLE. When booking, they asked for a 3-day window to pick up the car, and charged my card only to have the delivery canceled. At the end of that window, they assured me they were looking for another carrier and got radio silence for 3 additional days.
  
  Eventually, I couldn't wait any more and was tired of being bounced between their chat and email without ANY confirmation that they were going to pick up my car. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute, as SGT had missed our contractually agreed on pickup window AND 3 grace days. Especially relevant because I am moving and had to leave town but my car had not been picked up.
  
  Of course, they later called me to let me know they found a carrier - great. I agreed, signed the new contract, agreed to pay the EXTRA FEE above what they'd originally quoted, only to have them cancel it because of the credit card dispute.
  
  I called to have the credit card dispute cancelled (done) but they would not re-book the shipment. Spoke to rep, manager, senior manager and got the same line about not being able to help even though I cancelled the dispute and they had a carrier available. No help at all, despite their claims that they'll work with you one on one.
  
  Eventually gave up.
  
  Luckily, a 5-minute call with Roadrunner later and I was able to get a shipment for my car, same day.
  
  GO WITH ROADRUNNER. SGT is trash.
