    They did a fantastic job for me. Picked up my SUV in Madison, AL the day after booking and delivered it to Spring Lake, MI overnight in perfect condition. Three days total to do the entite operation.

    Consumer beware! My husband had contacted SGT Auto Transport a week ago to transport his vehicle from Iowa to California. A price was agreed upon and the vehicle was set to be picked-up between Monday to Wednesday this week. On Thursday, my husband received an email notifying him that the vehicle had not yet been picked up. He had to contact SGT to receive an update; a supervisor contacted him and advised they were confident they could pick up the vehicle by Friday or Saturday this week. On Friday he received a call from a different supervisor advising they could not pick-up the vehicle until Monday (before the 4th of July) and it would now be $400+ over the quoted and agreed upon price.
    While SGT paperwork cannot guarantee a pick-up date on their paperwork, my husband was willing to wait until Monday until the supervisor tacked on additional charges. Shady company, shady staff, shady practices.
    We are now in search a reputable company that stands by their pricing and company values. Too bad a negative star rating is not an option for SGT.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the delay in picking up your vehicle and the unexpected increase in price. We work with estimated windows for pick-up and delivery, taking into consideration factors such as vehicle size and any modifications. In this case, due to the larger size of the vehicle and the modifications, it took longer than anticipated to assign a driver. Our dispatchers came across an option to avoid further delay by picking up the vehicle. We understand that this option came with an increased cost, and we apologize for not communicating this clearly from the beginning. We always strive to present every available option to our customers, giving them the choice to accept or decline based on their preferences. We understand your disappointment and frustration with this experience. We value our customers and their satisfaction, and we apologize for not meeting your expectations. We will take your feedback into account and work towards improving our communication in the future. If you choose to continue with our services, we assure you that we will do everything in our power to provide a smooth and reliable transport experience. If you decide to explore other options, we respect your decision and wish you the best in finding a company that meets your requirements.

    I had a hard limit which was way below $1/mile standard pricing. SGT agreed to take my shipment for what I could afford. My car was ready for pickup on Thursday, they picked up Saturday and delivered Sunday. Bonus, it was a covered truck and I had only paid for uncovered. Everyone at the dispatch was very nice and they went the extra mile to find a driver within the promised time frame.

    The worst transport company! They notified us that our car would be picked up between Wednesday and Friday. It’s now Sunday and our car was not picked up!!!!!! And their customer service is so horrendous!!!! Do not use this company!

    SGT Auto Transport carried my Canyon Pick- Up from Maryland to California. I have shipped vehicles across the country several times in recent years and SGT provided the best service of anyone. I booked the date and they picked up the car in the given 3 day window on a Wednesday and dropped it in LA on Sunday! The carrier was prompt, friendly and efficient. I had a pleasant experience and at a good price. Thanks to all the staff at SGT.
