    Absolutely terrible experience overall! I was moving from FL to TX and I called a few weeks before the move. Was given a quote and said okay that works and there is a 3 day pickup window. I let them know that I am flying after the 3rd day so I NEED someone to pickup before I leave. 1st day comes and no-one picks up, 2nd day comes and I call and they say their classic line "we are looking for a driver" and promise me someone will pickup before I leave. 3rd day comes and no-one again. This is after constantly calling again and again. Being told I will have a supervisor call me back and of course no-one calls back.
    Now its the deadline and I'm calling telling them someone needs to be picked up and they are past their deadline. Keep getting passed from person to person and everyone is telling me the same thing of "we are looking for a driver".

    This all comes down to money in the end. The quote they initially gave me was too low and therefore they can't find a driver to pickup my cars. Instead of telling me that sooner they let me just hang on hoping someone will pickup the cars. Then it became a game of asking how much I am willing to offer and then going back and forth trying to raise the price to have someone pick up the cars.

    Overall, what a terrible experience and I will never use SGT Auto again. They will low-ball you and then your car(s) will never get picked up. Go with a more reputable company that will price you right and is reliable.
