    They delivered my cherished Mustang a day-and-a-half late, in the middle of the night, AND minus the driver side-view mirror! They will not give me their insurance info. I have just filed a complaint against them in COURT (like others have). Don’t believe the glowing endorsements by the likes of Forbes. It’s clearly false advertising! I have shipped cars cross-country TWICE before using other companies and had zero problems. SGT is the WORST!

    We have audited the order and discussed the situation with the carrier company involved. The carrier company is taking full responsibility and has been trying to get in contact with you to obtain the information on where to send the check. They have also requested our assistance in reaching out to you, and our team has been trying to contact you since 7/24.
    Furthermore, please note that the carrier company is insured, as stated in our terms and conditions, and insurance is provided upon customer's request. However, according to our audit, no request was submitted from you to obtain insurance.
    The carrier company has offered to pay out of pocket and take responsibility for the damage, as it is considered minor and can be easily fixed without involving insurance, which might result in a lengthier resolution process.
    Please do not hesitate to contact us if you still wish to obtain insurance information and discuss the matter further.

    We recently hired SGT to transport our EuroVan Camper from Massachusetts to Oregon. We sent a picture of the Camper Van and the weight including personal camping items that were inside. We received a quote and we were asked to pay up front which we did though the website indicated we would pay at delivery. The Van was picked up as promised and we waited 3 days to call dispatch for progress. They then told us the truck had broken down just 20 miles from where it was picked up and they were sending another truck to that location. About 3 days later we were told that the new driver wanted an additional $400 in cash, at delivery because the vehicle was a camper van. We complained and that price was “negotiated” down to $200, again in cash to the driver. All of this seemed suspect since SGT was fully aware at the onset of what type of vehicle we were transporting. The Van was not delivered according to the original timeline due to the breakdown. Communication was unsatisfactory. We would not hire this company again.

    I was very happy with the whole process. I used the web site at first and it was very helpful but I am cautious about my car so I called to make sure I had understood all the details, which I had. They picked my car up one day late but because of their site and the people I spoke to I was prepared for that possibility. I could have paid more for a guaranteed date but it wasn't important to me. My car actually arrived on time and in perfect shape. They kept in touch with me throughout the process via text, email and phone. Everything went very smoothly and I would highly recommend them!
