    DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

    They are not a shipping company. They subcontract out their work and when something doesn't workout with the shipment (as with mine) THEY TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. It's now three days after their "deliver no later than" date and I still don't have my car and very limited communication from them or the shipper they hired.

    When asked for a partial refund, they said the shipper won't pay it. But I didn't enter a contract with whoever you hired, I made a contract with you!

    Again, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

    My experience with this company was very poor. They gave us a window from Monday to Wednesday and then asked us if they could do this last Thursday, which was the day that we were moving across the country. We accepted, thinking it would be tight, but we wanted to be accommodating. Next, they told us there was a delay that couldn't be helped. We experienced poor communication. We tried to contact them to express how essential it was to get it moved quickly on Thursday, as no one would be there to transfer the car after that. Get a call Friday, and we're told we can expect it to be picked up Wednesday or Thursday at the earliest. When I requested a discount, I was offered a $50 gift card, which is appreciated, but it, unfortunately, doesn't fully compensate for the inconvenience of this occurrence. We won't have the crucial items we needed to move across the country and get situated because we believed this company's advertisement of timely service at a reasonable price. This company should not be used or trusted.

    Very poor communication. I was told that my car was supposed to be picked up 3 days before I called them to figure out why my car has not been picked up yet. They told me that that carrier went to the wrong address but did not even contact me to let me know 1. The carrier was otw and 2. The carrier went to the wrong address. They ended up canceling my order without any heads up. They didn’t try to compensate or fix the issue for me either. I will never book with them again. It’s seems like once you put down the down payment, you don’t hear from them ever again.
