    Very prompt response and communication with SGT. I would not hesitate to use this company again. They offer door to door service for auto transport as well as insurance. Staff is professional and thorough. HIGHLY recommend them for all your transport needs!

    SGT was truly excellent in every aspect of my cross country car transport. I was worried because I had heard bad stories both online & from people I knew, so I did some research & landed with SGT. They answered all my questions, stuck to their price, and the guy who came and got the car was really nice. Then, when my car ended up needing to be delivered 6 hours before my plane touched down AND couldn’t be delivered to my home due to the roads being too narrow, the representative at SGT spoke in real time to the transport person, and they figured out a public shopping area near my new home where they could drop it off. They came up with a plan to lock the car with the key in it but took the battery out of my key so it would be safe and I could use my spare when I got there. They texted me the address, texted pics so I could see where it was parked, and when my plane landed, I Ubered right to it! Wow!!! ??. My car was in perfect shape. Really Above and Beyond Customer Service!!! Thank you SGE and Khan Transport (who subcontracted for the actual transport). You were All Amazing!

    I recently used SGT to ship my car from Secaucus, NJ (on 1st Aug) to Austin, TX (on 8th Aug). After receiving quotes from several long-distance car shipment companies, I chose SGT because they were the most affordable option. I was, a little anxious at the beginning to use the cheapest option, but the whole process worked out pretty nicely.
    The booking process was very easy, and when I needed to change the pick-up and drop-off locations (both within 25 miles of the original locations), SGT was accommodating and made the changes without any issues. They listened to all of my requests and followed them closely (most important). The driver who picked up my car in NJ and dropped it off in Austin was friendly, punctual, and responsive. When I received my car, it was in the same condition as when I left it.
    I highly recommend SGT for long-distance car shipment services.

    I was anxious to use an auto transport service, but SGT Auto Transport was very timely and responsive. Received the best rate and friendly customer service, I understood that the delivery dates were not guaranteed so I had planned for a couple of weeks window. My truck was picked up and delivered the very next day!
