    The first time I used the virtual portal! I was able to get everything done and the representative kept me calm during the process. This was an alternate since I did not have a car and had to be at home! Exchange of documents was flawless since the necessary ID was up to date and used on a previous employment onboarding task. Selected this as the 9 month certificate was not available via the self-assist online portal. Terms of the certificate were explained clearly and all questions were addressed.

    I recently opened a checking, savings and HELOC with Four leaf Credit Union. They have changed up the structure of their home equity loans. The only way to get a disbursement from your equity loan is the write yourself a check and deposit it digitally if you do not have a branch nearby. This takes several days to process. Another problem is that they have implemented predatory marketing on their own members. Very soon after I opened my loan with them they began HARASSING (at least two mailings and one call per week) to attempt selling me a home warranty....on an equity loan. They word the mailers as "URGENT" "must call"... this is meant to scare people who do not know better. Each time I have enough patience to answer their call I request they remove me from the call list, but I continue to get calls.

    My account was hacked quite a few times in the last few months. I frantically raced to the bank and was graciously greeted by ******** at the Centereach branch. She is very professional and extremely thorough. She has helped me each time I had to go through this and has been a pleasure each time. She kept me calm and eased my concerns along with answering my 2 million questions! Thank you ********!

    Easy bank to do business with. Accounting is always accurate and complete. Branches are well-located for me and keep good hours. Personnel are uniformly excellent. For example, we recently stopped into a branch with the intention of moving a CD to another bank that offered higher return. We met with Mr. ******* head teller at the branch. He listened to our concerns, and asked if he could find a better offering with 4Leaf, and within just a few minutes we were signing papers to to remain with them. Well done.
