    I have a service dog and everyone.There was so accommodating, and it was easy to ***** banking there, this is a wonderful bank to do business with.

    After dealing with Bank Assistant Manager ****** ********* I could see how extremely dedicated to their Customers this Bank can be. My needs were put ahead of any inconvenience they might have experienced in both a caring and professional manner. I will definitely remain loyal to this bank and branch, because in the cold business world of banking, it is a refreshing change to feel welcome when doing business with any company.

    After 40+ years as a happy **** customer, I have had 2 instances in 2 months where Fourleaf (or their agent, Cenlar) has mixed up my mortgage payment. I pay and they return payment saying no account. They then call me with bill collection. I fixed this twice and was assured it's their mixup, blah, blah, but yet this month we are back to same. ***** *****, you have messed up a good community asset.

    I closed on a HELOC with Bethpage in beginning of 2025. They were then acquired by FourLeaf and changed their HELOC processing systems. Before the change, I was able to transfer my money instantly from my HELOC account into my Savings account and wire money the same day. It was seamless.Since the change, my ONLY option to access HELOC funds is by writing a paper CHECK! Mobile limits for deposits are limited to $25,000 a day. So to access $75,000 for a down payment to close on a house - I had to write 3 checks and deposit them across 3 days. THEN, it takes up to 10 days for the checks to clear. THEN if you want to wire the money, you have to wait 7 more business days since the last check as cleared to actually send this money. According to federal law, money deposited by check has to sit in the account for 7 business days until you can send a wire.This HELOC is now virtually useless to me because I cannot wait for funds for investing and real estate purposes for 3 weeks. My ***** contract states closing fees are covered by FourLeaf if I keep my account open with a balance of $25K for over a year, which means that I cannot close this account and open a HELOC with another bank without a financial penalty.

    The mortgage system update was glitchy at best. Checking acct frozen without notification, they can have a tele-chat in 5 business days to resolve the issue, while everything bounces. Every manager blames another department, run with incompetence.

    I have been been trying for days to get a payoff quote on a HELOC from FOUR LEAF and their automated phone system useless, it takes a long time before you are able to make selections and often go in circles, when finally get to speak to an actual person its the wrong person. The online chat has been of no help as well. I have spent hours (I am not exaggerating) trying to speak to the proper person. Its bad that customers cant get help on a simple task without going into an office. This is the worst customer service or lack of it that I have experienced for a long time.
