      Driver was exceptional. Communicated with me prior to pickup and throughout delivery process. He arranged to pick up the car in a nearby shopping center because our neighborhood was tight for the truck. Driver was very professional. I would recommend Roadrunner to anyone that asks. Coincidentally, a friend at work used them on my recommendation less than 2 weeks later. He had the same great experience.************

      My wife and I purchased a new automobile, for our daughter she called Road Runner Auto Transport. My daughter was given a quote and she booked to have the car picked up. They charged her credit card and we are unable to get any info on a scheduled pickup or delivery. I called every number associated with the company and no one will answer the phone numbers listed on their webpage. this is totally unacceptable, and still have *********** is a broker come to find out and after reading others reviews I'm sorry my daughter ever contacted them

      Great service. Only problem was that your tracking system didn't show the car had been picked up in *************, and there was zero communication along the way. Good thing is the car was delivered on time with only 30 minutes notice from the driver. No damage at all. I will use you again, but the so-called tracking system was useless to me.

      The company has good customer service and were able to answer all my questions. they were fast and reliable and got the vehicle to me on date of delivery. They kept me informed every step of the way.

      Road Runner was great, accurate and timely. I was quoted $675 for a transport from ***** to *********** opted for the top load carry for $99 and paid a total of $766 (not sure how I got a discount) but no complaints here. ****** called and asked if I would prefer he pick up my vehicle on his way out since he had another pick up that was south of my city, it helped because I was behind on running my close out errands. ****** said he would be to me by 11am and at 10:57 he called to tell me he was outside. He told me I could expect my vehicle in 4 days, on January 2. At 7am on the 2nd he called to tell me he would see me in one hour. He dropped my vehicle off, and actually drove it to in front of the residence since his truck couldnt fit on the street. He told me I needed to inspect the vehicle, which I did. And everything was good. He waited for me to start it and drive it a bit and then he left. I HIGHLY recommend Road Runner auto transport. They were great to me! Very timely, very professional and affordable!
