      Driver was able to come a couple of days early. This really worked well for us. I watched while ****** loaded my car very carefully. All the tires were anchored down tightly with straps and the wheels were chucked. I was able to follow the truck via it's gps as it traveled the **** miles. I would use this business again.

      RoadRunner Auto Transport exceeded my expectations for cross-country car transportation. My car broke down in *******, ****, and my car was hung up for months at a **** dealership. They got my **** Focus to me (I live in ******, ****) within a couple of days when the repairs were finished.

      The day (2/19/24) they morning they where to pickup my vehicle, I called and sent an email message to check what time the the driver was coming. The person said that the driver will typically provide the pickup party 2-3 hours of notice prior to arriving. I also received an email stating this. ******* also said, they usually tell people not to stay at home and wait. I thought that was strange. I waited because I didn't want to miss them. I called again to find out how were they going to contact me. No one answered. As the day went on, I called Roadrunner to ask if they had any updates from the driver and each time they told me the driver was still coming. The day was ending with no pickup and I was constantly calling, with no one answering, I used all four phone numbers. At 9pm, someone answered and told them I needed the car picked, because I was leaving in the morning (2/20/24) to meet the car when it arrives. I called constantly for 3 hours. Someone picked and hung up, because I couldn't give the booking number quick enough. I called constantly and when someone did pickup. I told them I'm still waiting. I had not given ******* any info about me or the car, he named the car. And asked, they didn't get there yet? Said they will get in touch with the driver and will call me back. I never received a called back. I started calling again at 9pm, until 10pm. NO response. This will leave me with NO transportation when I get to where I'm going. This has caused trouble, difficulties and inconvenience to me on all types of levels. I need this refunded ASAP.
