      I had my vehicle shipped from ** to ********. I thought the price was very reasonable and the actual shipment was fantastic. My car was picked up at 7:00 AM and although they said it could take a couple of days, the driver called me around 4:00 PM to let me know he would be there within the hour. My car arrived in an enclosed van hauled by a pick up truck. No Damage or road dirt at all. I was thrilled.The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I had to contact them a couple of days prior to pickup to change my pick up phone number and it was very difficult to reach someone. Finally got through but it was a little frustrating.

      I had a great experience shipping my car with PR car transport. If I ever had questions they were easy to reach (either answered immediately or called/emailed me back within the same day). Car shipped faster than expected. Dropping it off in ************ and picking it up in ************ were both easier than expected. Overall had a great experience with them, just follow instructions and ask questions if youre confused!

      Outstanding from first contact through ontime pickup, loading, delivering at destination, unloading with no scratches or dents. Driver was courteous, professional and careful with the car.

      Excellent drop off and pick up experience. Appears car was well taken care of. Too many emails and calls after 1st phone call for info. After receiving info it takes awhile to process our own schedules and plans before booking. Relax, youll get the return call when we are ready with our intentions.
