  Was shipping from ******* ** to Hawaii at the last minute. Called the day of needing the car to be shipped and it was picked up that day and delivered by the stated delivery time in good condition. Thanks!

  This company is SHADY! I obtained a quote, after which a ***resentative was calling and texting me. I called and asked a couple of questions regarding insurance, agreed to add the additional coverage, and he sent me over a booking confirmation - which I had to agree to in order to finalize the booking. When I read the Terms, I noticed it said they cannot guarantee the pickup date, which would not work for me. In addition, the original quote was for $795 (before insurance) and the agreement he sent to me was for $869 (before insurance). Suddenly, the *** does not return my calls or emails. Then a very rude person called me out of the blue asking why I hadn't returned my booking agreement. And I asked her if she was calling on behalf of the *** I had been speaking with, figuring he may have forwarded my email to her. She wouldn't answer my question. She just kept ***eating she was calling to see why I hadn't returned my agreement. Then she hung up on me. I emailed the original *** again saying to cancel my booking. I tried calling their service number several times, but after being on hold 30 minutes, nobody had picked up. Two days later, I got a text and an email saying my booking was confirmed! I tried ***lying to both of those, but the email was a no-***ly and it bounced. I called their service number again and finally someone answered and cancelled my booking and abruptly hung up without saying goodbye or anything.

  Your booking has been canceled as requested and no charges were applied. Were sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. While estimated pickup dates are standard in auto transport and included in the agreement, we understand this may not have met your expectations. We also apologize for the way the communication was handled and any inconvenience it may have caused during the process.   We had to ship our sons truck from Vernal UT to ******************* NC (he is an active duty Marine). We were quoted a price initially (which did increase acouple of days later) but we knew that would happen because of the remote location where we lived. We used another carrier 3 years earlier to ship it from ******* to Vernal and roadrunner was still lower than the previous carrier. They communicated with us through the transport. Overall very happy with the process and even recommended the company to other service members who need their vechiles shipped

  Easy drop off, arrived exactly when I was told it would. They took great acre of the vehicle it arrived in perfect shape. I will absolutely use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to transport a vehicle.

  All good. Well organized, careful and informative. My only suggestion is they wash the car before pickup. At least give the customer the option for another $45-$75 depending on size. Do that and watch your customer satisfaction skyrocket.
