1 starI rarely submit reviews, but I have to express my disappointment regarding my experience with shipping a vehicle through this company. I booked with this company two months ago and my vehicle was scheduled for pickup today; however, I have yet to receive any confirmation from the carrier or Road Runner. Despite receiving emails stating that my shipment is confirmed, Road Runners representatives inform me that my shipment is not confirmed and that they are still searching for a carrier. As a military family, we are relocating tomorrow, and I was advised to leave my vehicle with a designated individual, with the assurance that it would be collected at a later time??. I find this level of service to be exceptionally unprofessional. The prolonged hold times when attempting to contact the company, coupled with the rudeness of customer service representatives and the lack of reliable updates on my vehicle shipment, have been disappointing. I have since reached out to an alternative company, which has agreed to collect my vehicle tonight, with an additional cost for the expedited service???????.V2 Logistics Corp.

While we reached out on 6/4 with a carrier option for pickup on 6/5, we recognize the timing did not align with your relocation plans. 1 starTERRIBLE company - under the name Road Runner Auto Transport. DO NOT USE. Once they sign you up to ship your car, they don't return calls or emails, the don't answer the phone (endless hours on hold) and despite receiving an email that my shipment was "confirmed and on schedule for your requested timeframe" this was NOT the case. They left me in a total lurch - I am headed across the country and my car will be left behind and I have to figure out how to deal with it. They sign you up, don't tell you that they might not be able to ship your car and then ignore you completely. I can't say enough bad things about them.V2 Logistics Corp.

1 starThe customer service people you initially speak to our great and entirely dishonest. Then you are assigned to some small auto transport that increases your original quote and does NOT offer door to door delivery, which you only find after your car is in transit. The online tracking is a complete joke, considering they are an inactive third party middle man. So much stress and ********, just chose someone else. A day early pickup, 8 hour pickup/dropoff window times, 20 miles away, I could go on. NOT WORTH IT.V2 Logistics Corp.

They sent photos confirming that the vehicle was picked up and delivered at the original locations you requested. 1 starR1746039 I scheduled to have my car transported from ** to **. I booked my vehicle with Road Runner for pickup on Monday, 5/19/25. After waiting all day, I contacted the booking agent, but no response. I then reached out to a representative, but no solution. Later at 5:03pm, I received an email with the driver's contact information. I called the driver that evening, my calls went unanswered. Tuesday, 5/20, I contacted a representative who informed me that she would need to put in a ticket. Next call few hours later I was told to give the driver two hours to reach out. The driver called said he would pick up my vehicle late that afternoon. When he arrived, I inquired about the expected delivery date. I explaining I was flying in on Wednesday, 5/21, and needed my vehicle. He told me my vehicle would be delivered by Thursday, 5/22, late evening or Friday, 5/23, early morning. However, when I called Road Runner on Friday, 5/23, at 5:16pm, I expressed my concerns explaining that I had waited all day and had been sleeping on the floor due to the absence of my vehicle, which contained essential items such as air mattresses, pillows, blankets, etc. that I had payed a $200 car rental fee due to the delay. I informed the representative that, according to the Road Runner Tracker, the driver's location showed him in *******, first location at 6am being approximately one hour away and fluctuating between 40 min to 2 hours throughout the day. She asked how I was aware of the driver's location, I said the ** website tracker. Saturday, 5/24, at 6am, the tracker was disabled. I tried to contact the office, it was closed. I called the driver at 5:42pm and 5:43pm both calls went straight to voicemail, I left a message no response. Sunday, 5/25/25, 1:31am I have yet to receive a call, status update, etc. This experience has been exceptionally disappointing from the booking agent, the representatives and lastly the driver. All of this resulting in lost time, money and sleep.V2 Logistics Corp.

1 starHorrible experience post-sale. Returned sales call within two minutes of requesting a quote. After the sale, I called almost ten times, on hold for over ten minutes each, without a response from them. I emailed my sales *** three times, without a return. I used an enclosed carrier to ship a collector car and the driver hit the transporter while backing out, causing minor damage. I sent photos and statements, but still without a message back. I have cancelled the charge on my credit card in an attempt to get a call back, figuring transporting a car across country for free may inspire them to actually care about service post sale. Still waiting.....V2 Logistics Corp.

1 starAbsolutely the most unreliable and irreputable company I have ever dealt with in my career of 45 years in business. To start with the hours on their website are not even close to being accurate. Poor customer service, would be an understatement. Typical wait time trying to reach customer service is 20 minutes.When you finally get someone to answer the call, they are less than helpful. They rescheduled the pick up date twice and charged a higher price each time based on expediting the pick up were days late to original commit. Again, the most irreputable company I ever dealt with in my career.V2 Logistics Corp.

In your case, two assigned carriers had to cancel due to unforeseen issues, which unfortunately impacted the timeline. Due to an increase in demand in your region, and a lack of carrier availability, finding replacement carriers on short notice proved difficult. The carriers we did find were requesting a premium for expedited pickup which would have an impact on your overall price. We did offer these increases to you as an option for a more expedited pickup. Ultimately, you chose to cancel and we understand completely. You have been refunded in full and we acknowledge this was not the level of service you deserved.
