      Roadrunner representative, ********, will call you nearly every day to inquire about status of out of car repair. He goes so far as reduce confirmed rate. On weekend car was ready in **, he got an auto transport *** who charged $130. more than his deal an never called me back...CRICKETS! Great nagging salesman but didn't stand behind his word. Disappointed in Roadrunner!

Occasionally, there can be a surge in demand around the time of a customer’s desired shipment dates, which may lead to a lack of carrier availability. To try and accommodate your preferred dates, we may offer an optional rate increase. Customers are always free to either wait for more carrier availability or cancel at no charge, as you chose to do in this case. We are sorry for any frustration this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

      Transport left my truck in the road. Not on the side of the road but in the road. So I had to pay for another tow truck to move my truck into a driveway that I asked them to pull into since was made for trailers. But even after me sending pictures and videos they said it was my fault

      Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your truck's delivery. Your vehicle was booked as an operable vehicle, but it became inoperable during transport. Because of this the carrier was unable to deliver the vehicle to your door. Our terms clearly state that should this happen, it is you and not the company who would be responsible for any additional fees associated with the transport. Additionally, the carrier was not able to pull into your driveway as doing so would cause damage to other vehicles, as well as your lawn. It is clearly stated in the terms of agreement that when delivery at the agreed upon location is impracticable due to obstacles, you agree to take delivery in a nearby location. We apologize again for the frustration this has caused.

      Worse service! Every time I call they would say we will contact you with update. Well the contact was an automated email that told me nothing for 3 weeks as no one knew where my vehicles were. I should not have had to hunt them down. A 2 day car rental ended up 3 weeks. The nonsense excuse that these things happen is ridiculous.

While all dates and times provided are estimates, we know you expected more. Unfortunately, in this instance, the original carrier experienced a truck breakdown, which required us to locate and assign a new carrier, causing additional delays beyond our control. We apologize for the added costs, stress, and time spent waiting for your vehicle. Your feedback is invaluable, and were working hard to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused.

      The experience moving my truck was great. They were a bit late in pickup but they were communicative (is that a word?) in giving me updates. And even through that, it still arrived on time. It was an overall great experience.
