      Vehicle arrived but not until 8 days later. The transport time initial estimate when I place my order was 3-4 days and it took twice that which put us in a bind. We had to get a rental vehicle to make up the days in between. Communication during the waiting period were all automatic replies with no ability to respond back. Had to call several times in order to get information about when my vehicle was going to arrive. Note: this company is not a transport company, they do not have their own rigs, but rather a facilitator who arranges a third party to transport your rig and has no control over how soon your vehicle will arrive. It will arrive, but may take longer than their initial estimate. They do have fine print before you pay that stated that the time they give is just and estimate and not a guarantee, shame on me not doing my homework. If Im you want to deal directly with a transport company then this is not the one for you.

While carriers strive to meet the estimated delivery times, all dates are provided as estimates, as unforeseen delays can occur due to factors such as mechanical issues, inclement weather, road closures, or other unexpected events.       Alex was very helpful from day one. The carrier selected never call, never show. Alex manage to find a different carrier and my corvette arrived in an amazing one day. Five stars to the driver also.

      Good service and communication. My two recommendations are to put a sign on the office trailer as it was confusing on where to go and when you email that the car is ready for pickup also tell customers to check/inspect their cars before going into the office trailer for pick up. Thank you!

      Got there in good condition and early! Had no troubles with the driver. This is the second time I used this service and the first time was terrible poor communication I would be on hold for hours. But this time everything was very smooth and amazing.

      I have used this Transport company several times and many different forms. I have shipped a car from *********** to ***************** and I have also shipped a car from the ************* to *********** a few times. I recommend using this company. They are amazing.
