    I obtain a notice from PayPal that the company ********** charged and collected $9.99 through my PayPal account for a service that I never authorize or signed up for through the company. I am not familiar with the vendor nor did I create any contract or business relationship with the vendor to warrant their unauthorized charge to my bank account via PayPal. This is a fraudulent practice by this company whereby they are illegally obtaining payment for services that were never contracted or requested by members of the public. I demand an immediate refund of the $9.99 stolen from my account by **********! I have also filed a claim against the company via PayPal.

    While the vendor confirms that that they could not locate an account for me they failed to acknowledge that they could not identify an account for me because I never set up any account with them or retained their service at any time. The vendor fraudulent accessed my bank account via PayPal and debited funds from my bank account for services that they never provided to me because I never contracted for their services.  The vendor has a history of conducting such fraudulent practices against the public and they need to cease such practices and be held accountable for their action by way of a penalty or fine.  I demand that the vendor delete my information from their system and immediately refund to me the $9.99 they stole from my account.

    These constant response of not finding an order in the Vendors system is point-less and a stall tactic because in multiple responses I have provided transaction information evidencing the Vendors fraudulent access of funds in my account and to-date the vendor has not refunded my funds via PayPal, which they used to obtain my funds.  Please close-out this matter as unresolved due to Vendor fraud and do not send any more pointless comments about not finding order in system.

    I trust the BBB will classy a fraud and poor rating against ********** Inc.

    I have gotten 3 withdrawals from my checking account from this company. The first was on 12/27/2022 for $1.95. The second was on 01/03/2023 for $39.90 and the third was on 02/02/2023 for $39.90. I tried to contact them to see what these charges were for but they said they couldn't find my account.

    The transaction took place on 17th January 2023 for the amount of $118.67 US = $178.17 AUD and I have only been informed by PayPal so I think someone has hacked into my PayPal account as I have been blocked from internet banking for the past 2 weeks, so therefore it was impossible for me to make such a purchase or any purchases.

    I was charged $16.88 through Paypal from Paddle.net. When you go to Paddle.net, they redirect you to Paddle.com, but don't have any information about why they charged me or what it was for. I tried contacting them and they provide a standard, "Paddle is a software reseller and we help software companies around the world to sell their products. If you see a charge from Paddle, you most likely authorized a purchase from one of the thousands of vendors we serve," but they can't find the transaction or give me any information about this charge. I deactivated this as it was set as a recurring charge in my Paypal account (never had any recurring charges there or even use Paypal) and would like a refund for the amount I was charged. Thank you for your help in this matter.

    Included full name, address, phone number and credit card number to this company, PaddleNet and purchased their online application that assists in resolving computer problems. After all of this their applications downloads but is locked until they send you a 'key' to unlock it (numbers I gather). My AmExp credit card was hit with a charge of $37.76, but no 'key' ever arrived. No phone number that are answered by anyone at PaddleNet as well. This all took place at 7pm (**** hrs) on 11/1/2022. Still unresolved and no way of contacting paddleNet other than by email, which I use multiple times in trying to get this resolved. They keep asking for my personal information again, which they have already.

    Multiple unauthorized charges to my account October 20, 2022 for $33.00, September 20, 2022 for $33.00, September 13, 2022 for $1.95.The only charge was suppose to be a one time charge of $35.34 on September 12, 2022. There is no way to cancel or get a refund from this business.

    the website Paddle.net is charging me $15 as many as four times per month on my credit card. Their customer service does not allow me to contact anyone to find out what I am being charged for. The chatbot tells me i will get an email and the email I get weeks later does not reply. I am beside myself not knowing what this charge is for other than "software" or how to cancel.

    We have been charged 3 times in the last year, March 1, May 31, Aug 29 -- thinking that *** be linked to my Paypal account. I didn't authorize the purchase, and now have had to halt business proceedings for me and my wife, b/c of this $29.95 charge. Disputing it with the bank.Total scam.
