Paddle collects revenue for their customers. However, they overcharged me for ******* sales tax. ******* sales tax is not owed for services. Just because they pride themselves in collecting sales tax for customers, it doesn't mean that they have to collect sales tax that isn't owed. Irresponsible. I don't plan to buy from AdBlock plus if they are going to charge ******* sales tax on my contribution.Business Response

The date of 4 separate transactions was January 29th, 2023. The transactions were for $19.99, another for $19.99, $41.95 and another one for $41.95. The transactions were for a skincare product and no product was ever received and no refund was ever given. The offer was for a buy one get one free and they ended up charging me 4 separate transactions for a product that was never delivered. I contacted them for help with the matter and no help was given. I received the answer you sent from the business and i have gone ahead and re-attached the 4 receipts which include the transaction ID's for each order, clearly stating that these were purchased through paddle.com. Did they check each transaction ID individually? It seems to me that they are doing there absolute best to avoid taking responsibility for their actions, or lack of action. I would like to continue with this complaint and if they could be contacted again and make sure that they check the transaction ID's individually, that would be very appreciated.Business Response

I canceled this *************** on 2 occasions. This company was paid $105.93 on 1MAY2023 via PayPal. It was paid through PayPal as a subscription that I canceled last year at same the time and the second time. PayPal has been notified and I demanded a refund as I canceled the service (which has not been used in 2 years) again a few days ago. I canceled the subscription again via PayPal and they still paid them. Ridiculous. - and this company knows I have not used their service in 2 years. Taken advantage of a subscription that was already canceled last year for the second time. This is stupid! I was charged $38 on my **** card for ad blocking from PaddleNet/Paddle.com **. I've never heard of the company and already have ad blocker on my computer from another company.Does this company do business under other names? I found a charge of $104.94 on my PayPal account and they also did automatic payments for future payments from my bank accounts, I never heard of Paddle and when I looked them up I found they do something with subscriptions I think.
