Claimed Results:
The business claims to have “energy-efficient solutions,” energy savings,” and other similar claims. According to BBB’s Code of Advertising, claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.
Environmental Benefit Claims:
The business claims to have “green [ ] solutions” and other similar claims. According to BBB’s Code of Advertising, advertisers should not make broad, unqualified general environmental benefit claims like “green” or “eco-friendly.”
