    I brought my 2012 ******************** into your auto mechanic shop on June 29th 2021 for an oil leak, door ajar sensor and front end shake alignment work. I picked up my car on July 26th, 2021 and paid in full at that time. I drove the truck home that day and It appears to still be leaking from the same place. Per our conversation on the morning of July 27th, 2021, I conveyed my dissatisfaction with your work and the repairs I didn't receive. I feel that I have given you ample time to reach out and try to rectify and show good faith. The following services, I did NOT request or want you to preform work on the Turbo, cross over hot or cold side. Nor didn't I ask for you to do any fuel filters or request that service. I noticed an increase between what was quoted initially and what the actual bill became. I would hear excuses like you quoted one part and you didn't have prices on the others.

    Promised a 2 year warranty that could not be honored because they do not have the equipment sufficient to program the injectors correctly or fuel system. They have Snap-On. After bringing my Ford F350 6.7 into them with a injector 8 code. They said I needed to replace injectors 5,6,7,8. As well as the glow plugs. I was quoted a high price in parts. I found my injectors from industrial injection for $250 with a 2 year replacement warranty. I told the owner this and said I would buy my own parts. They however said they would provide a 2 year replacement warranty with labor if purchased for $449.59 through them. I agreed. They were unable to remove engine codes. My truck was running very rough and they were starting to blame other items that would cost $$$$ more to fix my truck. Upon picking my truck up, the detailed receipt of what they had done, and what they had charged my bank, was not available. I was told it would be ready the following day. I took my truck to another diesel shop in Las Vegas. They looked over my truck confirmed from what the could see without removing the injectors, the physical work was done. They just do not know what kind of injectors were put in. They hooked up my truck to their IDS computer. They reprogrammed the high pressure fuel system values. My truck now runs fine. I have reached out to the owner’s of Xpress Diesel and Auto via phone then in person to be refunded my warranty as they do not have the correct equipment/program for my 2011 F350 6.7 I provided a detailed receipt of proof from the Vegas company of what they did to my truck. I was told by Xpress Diesel and Auto that they will not refund my warranty. And said my truck will always leave with codes as they never promise to fix the codes. These actions are so predatory and unethical. I would like a refund of my warranty as Xpress Diesel and Auto will never be able to complete in fixing Injector’s on my truck.
