The consumer provided a company phone of 888-268-9191 which cross-references online to a website, http://amfmarketllc.com. Privately registered, the site says copyright 2011-2013 but was recently created on 04/18/13.
That site includes a Las Vegas, Nevada address and the "Careers" page also makes reference to Miami, Florida ("AMF Marketing is always interested to work with new, talented individuals in the Miami area.")
A check of Nevada Secretary of State records found one filing for an AMF Marketing LLC which appears to have been revoked on August 31, 2008 (http://tinyurl.com/oskxt74).
