- New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange of size only within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging, with all tags attached, or they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds whatsoever are admitted.
All exchanges will be at the discretion of YOKKAO. The shipping and handling cost are cover by the customer, the original cost of shipping is nonrefundable. All sales are final on personalized or customized products, clothing, shoes and personal items like hand wraps, groin protectors and mouth guards without exception.
