    We had major fraud that happened to my wife and me and *** originally covered the loss, but then 3 months later denied the fraud leaving us thousands in the hole. I can tell everyone right now if you don't have these guys in your corner and your bank like *** did you wrong like they did us wrong, you will have no way to recover those funds. Every time I have had to speak to these guys, they have been extremely helpful. We needed guidance through this process because this has never happened to us before and if it wasn't for the Identity IQ rep. Disha (I hope I got the spelling of your name correctly) that helped us today we would have been lost; not knowing what to do. Thank you, Disha, for being so helpful and running us through the entire process with us and helping us understand our options. I am telling you guys right now don't look at their current rating to decide on who you should go with to help protect your everything. Unfortunately, you do at times feel like you really wonder what you’re paying for, and I was going to cancel with these guys a year ago and I can tell you it was the best decision not to leave these guys. You are leaving yourself wide open for anything to happen to you if you don't protect yourself. I always thought that our bank *** would have our backs, but that was so far from reality it hurts! *** is an awful bank, to do that to a customer that has been loyal for so many years shame on you ***!

    My c.s. rep. gave the best over the phone service I've received since 2020.
    IDIQ online however didn't make it clear I would only receive 1 credit report a yr! I didn't appreciate that at all! Especially since I'm having my credit repaired!

    I had to make multiple calls to cancel the service. 1st representative refused. Services cannot be canceled through their website.
