    I have canceled my subscription, and they are still accessing my account. I want to know how they got my new debit card information when i haven't used it yet. I will be filing a complaint with the general attorney.

    Every time I tried to cancel my service, they wouldn't let me. They kept telling me why I should keep their services. They said they have another service for $9.99, do you want that? But they don't tell me anything about that service. They just wanted my money. They say they provide all these services when things happen. But I have to do the repairs myself. They say they help me write the letters. But I have to do EVERYTHING to repair the ID damage on my own. They alert me about my information being on the dark web. However, they say there isn't anything you can do about that. So I've been paying $28.96 monthly for five years for services I have to do on my own anyway. When you try to cancel, they say "You've just started with us. Don't you want to try us out a little longer?" But I've been paying your services for five years. They can't even be honest about my account. I had to BEG to cancel my account. BEG!! We shall see if they stop billing me.

    I have reached out to this company three times by email spoke with a representative on August 22nd and I advise them that I did not give authorization for them to remove money from my checking account I don't know who this company is I have filed a complaint with my bank and I'm filing one here. The representative that I spoke to on Friday I did not get her name as I was driving when I insisted more than once that I did not know who they were she did still try to convince me to take out a plan. I should not have to send more than one email to have this taken care of they have overdrafted my checking account and will not give a reason as to how they got my information I did not give them authorization and I will be disputing this more than once until this taken care of $29.99 may not be a lot for people but it is a lot for me

    To enroll in these services, members must provide personal information and answer security questions from the major credit bureaus to verify their identity. Our Customer Care Center tried to reach you by phone and text on September 2, 3, and 4, 2025, but we didn't receive a response.

    Thank you for the young lady that assisted me. I apologize if I forgot your name. She was very helpful. I know she had a beautiful Latin and English accent. I had issues logging in to my account and she was very thorough and took the time and very patient to help. I appreciate her hardwork.     Despite having never even heard of these people before they some how got my card information and are charging me for a subscription I never once signed up for. What the actual hell!? I’ve never even gotten a email from these people ever. The fact that they have my card information and charged my card SEVERAL TIMES IN ONE DAY is crazy. Bad business and bad people. Never open when you need them to be.

    Shelby was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions beyond what my leasing office was able to accomplish. Our leasing office switched platforms and I wasn't sure if my rent was being reported.
    She went above and beyond to inform me of multiple sister companies that also reported to the bureaus in different ways- depending upon my needs.
    You have a dedicated and passionate employee and I hope you recognize her accordingly.

    States they are BBB accredited and are not. They do not cancel the plans as stated in recorded phone calls and will continue to charge.

    Terrible customer service. Have been trying to cancel the service for two months. Slick talking and poor customer service. "Jason" was the worst.

    This service is a money grab. I have been paying $35 per month for identity theft "protection" and credit score monitoring. They have not sent not one update inn over 6 months. They said my account needs to be authenticated. I went to do so and it is so difficult and lacks clarity. So I cannot authenticate and cannot cancel my membership. you can only cancel by calling them. Oh but you can add to your subscription no problem on line. This is all unethical and taking money away from people who are serious about building credit.
    And then when you try to call and leave feedback about your experience, they do not care and do not take your complaints seriously. Shame!
