1 starYes, imma try to cancel mine before it's too late. I want to know why the Better Business Bureau is backing them. Saying they are BBB accredited!!! Really. Do I not trust this site either. We r screwed either way we go now a days. So sad.Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

1 starI didn't read the fine print on the email after I got the $1.00 credit check from "Rocket Mortgage, powered by IdentityIQ".
I didn't know I was automatically signed up for an exorbitant 34.95/month identity protection.
They refused to refund my money. The refused to stop my subscription and prorate the "membership fee ". This is an unscrupulous business model and should have a "D-minus" or "F" rating from the BBB.
