5 starsGreat customer service she did help me out. Identify ID is great service to check out my credit scores. She was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Her assistance today is worth my monthly membership fee. Her pleasant attitude meant even more to me as a customer. To sign up for our credit monitoring and identity theft services, members must provide personally identifiable information as well as answer security questions provided by the major credit bureaus. We do work with third parties that offer our services, so you might have signed up through a third party. Our customer service phone number is 877-875-4347. 1 starIf I could leave a 0 star I would. They will charge your card multiple times even if they don’t have permission. They will say they are updating card info but really don’t. Stay far away from this service! You are better off using credit karma!Review fromtakeyia t

5 starsI had the most pleasant experience speaking with IDIQ credit specialist today. She was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Her assistance today is worth my monthly membership fee.

To sign up for our services, members are required to provide personally identifiable information as well as answer security questions provided by the major credit bureaus.
