1 starFirst of All, I never signed up for IdentityIQ. They confuse my email address with my husband's name. I have told them repeatedly neither one of us ever signed up for IdentityIQ and therefore, they should not have any of our personal information or even my email address. They repeatedly email me under my husbands name claiming I need to call them, but I feel that is unnecessary considering we never reached out to them first. I thought it was a scam at first, but after researching the company, it isn't a scam but they are certainly obtaining people's information through illegal manners and harassing us and refuse to remove our information from their database.

To sign up for our credit monitoring and identity theft services, members must provide personally identifiable information as well as answer security questions provided by the major credit bureaus.
We do have third-party partners who offer our services. However, these partners are required to be transparent about our memberships. If a third-party partner is not transparent when offering our services, that is a violation of our partner agreement. Our customer care phone number is 877-875-4347. 1 starTHIS COMPNAY WILL STEAL FROM YOU COMISSION $$$
We have been using IQ since 2020 they were the only credit monitoring company we work with then Smart credit...
Through out the years out commission have change ALOT!!! WHY & HOW ?? soooo....
IQ send a email for the client to re-enroll with a different LINK with cheaper rates.... the client is in OUR DATA BASE OF crm but we can not see commission on the client since the link they click was not OUR LINK beware of their marketing to re-enroll clients under their link and get the commissions that belong to us!!!!!!
WE SIGN UP SOME OF OUR CLIENTS SO WE "KNOW" WHAT THEY RECIEVE VIA EMAIL SO FROM MAKING OVER $1,000'S IN COMISSIONS WE ARE DOWN TO $300 AND WE STILL HAVE CLIENTS WE IMPORT OVER FROM IQ....
DO NOT PARNTER WITH THEM USE ANOTHER Credit monitoring COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
