5 starsI started VShred Fat-Loss Extreme program in August 2022 and lost 25 lbs in 3 months. I have continued on the program because I love the results I'm still having. I was skeptical that I could stay on the program, but I was surprised how easy it's been to stay with it.
The main key for my success was the custom diet plan and the diet coach. The meal plans include ONLY food I am willing to eat, and if there's something on the plan I don't like, or that didn't work with my schedule, I just asked my coach, and he changed the plan to suit my tastes. With the custom plan, I don't have to count calories, figure out macros, or even decide what to eat. I just follow what's on my diet plan. Figuring out the right amount of the right calories is not easy to do on your own. I highly recommend a diet coach.
The second key to my success is the exercise program that was not too tough for an overweight person and the 20 minute sessions 4 times a week fit into my schedule really well. The exercises in the Fat-Loss Extreme program keep me from being bored, so they are easy to stay with as well.

5 starsWorking with Jill as my Coach was amazing!! She was very responsive when I had questions and/or needed a change to either the workout plan or meal plan. The loved the videos provided for the workout to ensure I would perform the exercise correctly. The meal plans created for me were easy to follow and make especially with my very busy schedule. The programs is truly personalized to each individual. I enjoyed working with Jillian and would recommend the program to others. I would have loved to continued working with V Shred so I could have met my goal however, the renewal fee was just to expensive for me. Thank you to Jillian for all of her help and for getting me started on my Journey. I lost a few pounds and a few inches and started gaining muscle which was part of my goal, all thanks to Coach Jillian.V Shred, LLC

5 starsI just started my 9th month. I was transferred to my current coach Maria at Month 5 because my coach for the first 4 months of my journey was promoted. I was scared, my first coach worked with me as part of the accelerated program and brought me very far. We had a great relation, and I was worried to change coaches in the middle of my journey. However, I couldn't be happier with Maria! She was so kind and a great listener from day one. She brought me to my first and second goals! She is always super responsive and gives great advice. She gives me delicious and easy meal plans and work outs that fit my needs every month. We've also built a great relationship and my one and only concern is how will I ever transition to doing this on my own? Maria makes it so easy to be successful, I may never let her go.V Shred, LLC

4 starsSo far I have really enjoyed the personal interaction with my coach. I have had nothing but obstacles and tribulations out the gate and he has been there ready for whatever my life throws at him. Whether it has been busting my head requiring stitches and strict doctors orders, or the fact that it is the holidays and this has presented a struggle from the word go. I am only in my first month and have signed up for 3 more, with excitement to get at it once holidays and family gatherings are out of my way for a while. I would also note that he is very good at prompt responses. This alone speaks volume, as you feel like a person and not just a number or a paycheck. I would highly recommend anyone giving V Shred a fair opportunity, however, they can only be your guidance and support system, you have to be ready within yourself to take this journey and make this change.V Shred, LLC

1 starI called to return a six month supply of V-Shred & 6 months of PM Burn after 3 weeks. It was advertised as 100% refundable if not happy. There was no return label in original package, No return address on invoice. The automated machine said Lines are extremely busy to send an email, which I did. After waiting a few weeks I mailed everything back via USPS with tracking to the only address on the outside of the box. I have verification it was received. I called my cc company to open a dispute. It took a few weeks for V-Shred to respond to my cc company. I then get an email saying they have not received the products & cannot refund until I send it to a different address, not the one listed on the outside of the box. I took pictures of my invoice, tracking number, delivery verification. This is not a reputable Business. They have no intention of giving refunds. I do not recommend doing business with this company.V Shred, LLC

5 starsMy trainer is Andrea Teter and she has been great! Answers when I have questions and always makes me feel better when I am down on myself. She has given me great meal plans and always changes something if I don’t like it. And she gives me workout plans that are challenging and work on the areas I need to work on most. She has helped me to lose weight when I wasn’t able to. I have been with her for almost 3 months and it takes all the guess work out of it. I love that I don’t have to think about what to eat or what exercises to do. I’m really excited to see what the future holds.V Shred, LLC

5 starsMy trainer is amazing!! She is always quick to get back to me and answer all my questions. She provides me with a fantastic meal plan and offers to change things if necessary.
