  I watched v-shred videos for weeks. After the first of the year I dove in and agreed to pay $1500 for their services. So the first rep i spoke with was a very nice African American man and he instructed me to make an appointment with my newly assigned trainer. I marked my calendar for my first coach video call. My trainer never got on line. Sooo I contacted them and said heyyyy my trainer never made contact. They responded by saying he didn't have it on his calendar which I find alittle odd because they gave me a confirmation notice. After that I cant be sure how long a period of time went by but I contacted the company and said, listen this obviously isn't working and I am requesting all of my money back as I have never spoken to a trainer. They sent me a text and said they would take it under consideration and get back to me. I am now at a year and I have never heard from them. Honestly I don't care about the money as much as saving someone else from this company.

  V-Shred is close to the top of the list of biggest scams I've come across on the internet. My experience:
  1. The spokesperson fitness model goes onto social media claiming everything everyone is teaching is WRONG, and you can get in the best shape of your life if you do these THREE SIMPLE THINGS!! You don't have to change ANYTHING else! Sounds easy!
  2. Watch this video. This NON-SKIPPABLE video! This is 1,000% the same as a time-share presentation in internet format!
  3. So the fitness model convinces me how THREE SIMPLE THINGS!! You don't have to change ANYTHING else! will get me in the best shape of my life! He walks me through his pitch. I was CONVINCED half-way through but... CAN'T SKIP!!! For only $57.00 I get EVERYTHING I NEED to get in the best shape of my life!
  4. Finally, I sit through listening to the repetitive garbage spewing out and get to the end! Time to sign up and buy the product!! Credit card IN HAND! But wait... Now come the UPSELLS. But I can't just click "No thanks!" It's MORE, MUST WATCH VIDEOS! Your purchase of V-Shred is NOT COMPLETE until you watch these ENTIRE VIDEOS!!! At the CHECK-OUT LANE!!! if you close this, you DO NOT get the deal or V-Shred, and you'll have to start ALL over!"
  5. Finally... because you've convinced me you have the way to improve my life with "THREE SIMPLE THINGS!! You don't have to change ANYTHING else!" FINALLY, my savior has arrived! I'll watch ANYTHING if you show me the error of my ways and teach me the TRUTH! So I pay and download the app!
  6. Now I learn the truth... I open the app - "Hi! Welcome to V-shred. Our plan for you is to go on a diet, you fatty! $$ Cook your own food every single day for every meal! $$ Go to the gym 3-7 times a week you fatty! $$ And take ALL of our supplements because your stupid body will do NOTHING without them!
  7. The app is a menu of 7-8 "plans" that you can pay to view/use/whatever... up sell, add-ons, supplements, guides, regimes, schemes, 30 days, 90 days, programs, upgrades

  The customer service agents were very fast to respond and give me a refund when I requested one. This went exactly as advertised! Even though the product was not what I needed, I’m sure it would be good for others, and the company did exactly what they said they would when it was not for me!

  Coach Tracy S is amazing! She helped my husband and I hit our weight loss goals and is guiding us to our next goal of getting muscle definition and growth. The coaching provided unlimited questions and support, menus that could be modified, and the framework to hit our goals. My husband is down over 20 lbs and I’m down almost 30lbs!!

  This a scam. They bait people in with promises on workouts meal plan and tracking. The trainer's come up with workout without talking to you to find out your ailments, capability and injuries To build a plan around you.They force generic plans that you can obtain yourself and when you try to reach out to them, they Spam your email.
  With with bot emails and not give you your money back.. Anyone if you're really serious about getting in shape and getting healthy. Please stay away from this place. All they do is take your money. There's no reliable and proper way to contact anyone.

  The program and staff are amazing. I am just going through some financial issues and I asked for a full refund within the 30 day money back guarantee and they’re saying that they don’t have one of those. I have spent roughly $6k and they absolutely will not help me. I do NOT recommend this app to anyone. Insane letdown. I was in complete shock!

  VERY EXPENSIVE AND DIDN'T GET WHAT PROMISED. OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM TO ANYONE. THE INSTRUCTOR DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MAKING AN HOURLY WAGE.   Not a very realistic plan. Way too complicated meal plan. Most people work 9-5, the meal plan is not realistic for that lifestyle. If all you have to do all day is shop and prepare the meals in this plan, you will be successful.
  this is just another well organized scam, buried inside all the hope and "successes" of about, my guess, 5% of the people who participated.
  Heck I would have success if I had Dr Drew's life, unfortunately I do not.

  Vshred is an old tricks fraud, the product is not effective. you are better of creating a mutivitamin regimen over the counter, track your calories. and walk/run every day and you will see more results. It does not matter how they refund some of the money they are wasting your time. stay away from them. Not to mention the debilitating constant emails and pushy sales pitches. Value your consumer power and don't fall for this fraud. I choose to "Pay Them to Leave".

  I have tried calling, send email, and talking to coach without any resolution. As I tried to cancel prior to end of first month and also stop them from charging me for supplements that I was told would be included in program. Also, I was charged twice with in a week over $100. I had to get a new debit card and before I could change it they added an up charge. And I was sent an invoice which I see an additional $1,000 added to agreed price. I want it to stop as they do not respond to phone, email or any means of me trying to contact them.
