5 starsVShred has literally been a life changer for me. I've tried multiple diets, workout plans, subscriptions, as well as supplements and so on... this was the ONLY thing that made a difference for me. I am not only down over 30 lbs and in the best shape of my life (even better than when serving in the ***** but I have a trainer that has helped me heal my gut. I am for the first time in my life not experiencing stomach pain and bloating. I started to lose weight and have a better physique - I had no idea it would change my life as well as my family's. My coach met me where I was with no judgement or expectations other than sticking to a totally doable plan...that even let me eat ice cream! And now I am off what I believed to be lifetime medications and am going to be around for a long time for my little ones. Best decision I've made for myself in a long time, if not ever. 5 starsIm very Pleased, Grateful and Appreciate my coach. She is knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. Quick with response even when I say no hurry. Even when I flake a bit she reminds me its the beginning and thats ok just keep retrying and to not give up. I also appreciate the knowledge of videos they have to share. They have medical recourses they use and you can look up. The recipes are simple and common yet delicious. Im down 15lbs in one week and Ive missed a couple workoutsV Shred, LLC

5 starsI am on my 7th week with this program and already down 27lbs. I wasnt real sure and thought it would be just another weight loss scam. Well its not. The diet plan has good food and that has always been my issue with diets. My trainer **** is the best! He is always there with encouraging words to help me through the tough times.V Shred, LLC

5 starsGreat experience with VShred. Signing up was easy and I got my plan right away. My trainer ****** is very positive and always responds to my emails in a timely manner. In my first week I lost 5lbs and Im still loosing using the carb cycling methods which I never knew of. The workouts are great!V Shred, LLC

5 starsThe V Shred programs and coaches have changed my life. When other programs and diets failed, V Shred has changed the way I think and feel about food and exercise and how it works with my body. I love the custom plans are tailored to my specific needs. I recommend this to anyone who has tried other programs that failed to give them the results that they wanted. 5 starsVShred is a solid program! The trainers are very knowledgeable, helpful, and always available to answer any questions! The workouts are made to work for you, and if you are willing to put in the time (which really isnt that much), and be open to trying new things, you will get great results. 5 starsLike many people, I've struggled with my weight for most of my life. No matter what I did, the scale always seemed to move in the wrong direction. And, at 64, the weight just seemed harder to lose. I came across V Shred in yet another "I'll try anything to lose weight!" moment and....the products (I like the "Burn" supplement) and the coaching program are really working for me. I'm not quite two weeks in and have already lost almost 10 pounds, have a ton more energy, and am NOT hungry all the time. I told the coach my food likes and dislikes and she put together a great and delicious plan....with more calories per day than I would ever have dared to eat before!V Shred, LLC
