      Credit one bank is the worse company I've ever dealt with bad customer service charge fees add additional fees don't care how they talk to a customer I find them very ignorant and call every five minutes every day non stop I wouldn't recommend this company definitely need to be part of a settlement for this issue seriously

      I regret opening a credit card account with this company. Since then, I’ve been contacted every day sometimes every hour on the hour which feels excessive and harassing. This constant communication has been overwhelming and stressful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this credit card to others.

      The customer service is terrible. Their app and website won’t let me set up real-time notifications, and I’ve called multiple times to explain this. Every time, they just repeat the same thing: ‘You need to set it up through the app or website.’ I told them over and over again that it doesn’t work, but it’s like they weren’t even listening. Now I’m stuck with a card I can’t use because they refuse to offer any alternative way to set it up. It’s honestly ridiculous.
      I been trying to purchase a gift for the past three days using this card. I also tried to cancel they left me on hold for 45mins. These people are the worst and need to be shut down.

      Customer service is lacking. I have been trying to get a replacement card since June 16, 2025. It is now July 26, 2025. I have not once used the card, but have had to pay fees on it (mind you, I haven't even had the privilege of using it yet). I have made over SIX phone calls to get this rectified. I likely won't close due to needing extra lines of credit, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. They said the card will be be here by July 29, 2025, but I doubt it as it is not in my informed delivery with USPS. Not sure what to do. Will probably just freeze the cards and not use it ever.

      I have been getting TWELVE calls a day from credit one bank. When I answer they ask for a man. I am a woman and they obviously have the wrong number. One lady apologized and said she’d remove my number. Since then I am still getting 10-15 calls PER DAY about the same man that I am not! This is becoming harassment

      This is the worst company ever. I paid all my balances and they will still keep sending you a bill, after they do everything to try and get you back. They are ruthless and probably the exact reason our whole system fails. Shame on you

      I paid off my card and got flagged. I was told that I have to go inside of my bank to get a verification letter so my funds can be released. Credit one got paid but they're asking me to c verify the payment that they got? I am disabled and this is inconvenient. So now, I am going to have to rethink this card. Bad customer service.

      I had to cancel my card due to unreliable service. I was told Uber was a scam company, so my card was locked. Ever since, I haven’t been able to use it. After the fifth time trying to lift the restrictions and still being unable to make a purchase, I just called and canceled it.
      They say they will send a text message to approve transactions, but don’t hold your breath. The messages never arrive, and it feels like they have no intention of letting you actually use your card. At this point it just seems like they want your information.
