      I didn't even apply for this stupid card, It showed up in the mail one day back in 2020. I called to close it immediately, but they told me I would be assessed a $150 cancellation fee. So, I cut the card, kept it in my sock drawer, and forgot about it. I recently was approved for a mortgage and my financial advisor told me to close the account among others. I made the request several times but to no avail. I'm ****** off!!! I have spoken to Nora about 3 times, and John a couple of times. I'm taking this concern to even higher channels. Do yourself a favor and go to Capital One!!!!!!

      I don't want to add any stars to this review. LITERALLY NONE!!!!! I wish I would've read the reviews when I signed up for this trash card. Literally THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CREDIT CARD YOU CAN OWN!!!!! The interest rate is extremely high and the "annual fee" is charged monthly. Once the account is closed, you will get billed for the MONTHLY "ANNUAL" Charge until the balance is paid off. . I called to close the account and I asked for a letter confirming the closure and was told that " I can log into the website and download the letter." Customer service is scum, to say the least, and practically makes you repeat yourself 12 times before transferring you. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL and will be so glad when I am done with them. I cannot stress enough HOW FREAKING TERRIBLE THIS COMPANY/CARD IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      This is the worst credit card company ever. It is difficult to make a payment. I made a payment using the free service and was informed that the payment would process in 10 days, the payment ended up being processed in 3 days in which I did not have the funds. So I made i made an express payment in which they charge 4.95, I paid on the 5th before 5pm and was informed that my "express" would not be processed until the 11th! They are changing to process express payments but they are not the ones processing it all they ask you is to verify the last 4 digits of your social then send you to a screen where you submit your own "express" payment! As soon as I pay this card off I'm cutting it up then setting it on fire!

      THIEFS!!!!!

      I made a payment on my account about a month ago. They asked for some documentation that the payment went through from me which didn't make sense because they can see the deposit on their end. So they blocked my account with an available balance that I can't use. A month later and I'm still trying to figure out why I can't use my card. I made another express payment 2 days ago. Again, they applied the payment but won't unblock my card. So I called my bank and had the payment reversed. I will make the minimum payments until it's paid off and will never use this card again. They are rip offs.

      Avoid this credit card company they are a scam. I've got another credit card through a different company when the bill becomes due my other credit card company will notify me weeks in advance. Not this joke of a company days if that will charge a late fee if you're late on a payment even if you sent it days in advance. Because this company makes it so payments take days not hours to clear. Will charge you a fee to rush it in. This company should be investigated for potential fraud and prosecuted to the fullest extent.

      Received my card in June 2022. When I tried to activate it, which you can ONLY do by talking to a rep, they told me I had to verify my identity by sending in my license and proof of address. On 6/28/2022, I uploaded what they asked for. On July 16,2022, I uploaded a letter demanding either the card be activated or removed from my credit report since I cannot use it. They have failed to do either of things. What they have done is charge me 75.00 yearly fee and an 18.00 authorized card user fee and now a late fee of 28.00 on a card they won't activate. I am seeking legal counsel because this is predatory at best. If you send someone a card after approving them online and supposedly checking their identity before approving them, there should be no need for this. Also, charging fees on an account that cannot be activated or used has to be all kinds of illegal. You will be hearing from my attorney if this account is not closed asap and taken off of my credit report. Do not get a card from this bank!!!
