How this business got 4.4 stars is beyond my understanding!I purchased KITCHEN appliances in August 2021. It took 1 month to get them all in for delivery. As of March 2, 2022, a refrigerator is still on back order. I asked for my money back. *****, THE ****** refuses to give a full refund and wants to charge a 10% restocking fee. Question, how do you charge a restocking fee on an item that you never delivered? A SALE implies product paid for and delivered. *****, the owner, hides behind his sales people and will not speak with you directly unless you are persistent and physically go into the store to tell his staff you want to speak with him.I purchased a dishwasher at this location in August 2021. The first one had to go back once the installer realized the unit was damaged. He came back the next day. If I working, I would have to take another day off to be home for the installation. The dishwasher stopped working 3 months later. This store only has 1 repair man. I waited 5 weeks to get service done. This was during the busy holiday season. No dishwasher until after Christmas. ***** will have the staff tell you they provide service on their appliances. Well.the STAFF des not tell you will wait a long time. Comments from the staff are, other people have waited a year, well, you could try another repair service, but everyone is backed up., Sorry, guessed we should have called you about the delays,.Poor service! Poor Attitude! Dishonorable owner and staff!The big box stores give you your money back. This is another great example of why I write. DO NOT TO BUY HERE!!!
