No refund or exchange after 14 days. Special orders and software are not returnable.  Computer systems must be returned within 10 days of order and are subject to 20% restock fee.  Ten business day wait on check refunds. Refund or exchange allowed items only with original packaging with UPC codes. 15% open box fee on opened items, unless exchanged for identical item, due to defect.
