On January 22 of 2024 at approximately 11 AM, a representative from New Jersey natural gas came to turn on gas at 4 Merchants Way for the current owner, Aberration Inc.A blonde woman claiming to represent New Jersey natural gas, who refused to identify herself, was banging and screaming at the back door of eight merchants, least by the FIT Clinic and FIT Lab, a healthcare organization.The woman from NJ Natural Gas greatly upset a patient who was in a treatment room in the back near the back door. She also greatly disturbed and upset another patient at the front when she came into the front door, curtly making demands to the the front desk employee.The blonde woman demanded our employee at the front desk to let her in to 4 Merchants Way, which was previously leased by our organization.The blonde woman demanded the employee remain at 4 Merchants Way (despite having a full office of patients) before barking at her that the thermostat needed to be replaced, which is not the responsibility of our business.Tangent; the thermostat has been in perfectly working order prior to exiting 4 Merchants Way.The behavior of the New Jersey natural gas employee is extremely unprofessional and should never be tolerated. We would like an apology from New Jersey Natural Gas to both our staff as well as our doctors and patients as well as other healthcare professionals that were working at the time. We would also like to be reassured that behavior like this is not tolerated by New Jersey Natural Gas and assurance that anything like this will never happen again
