      They keep calling me about an address I no longer live at and have never owned to see if I'm interested in purchasing solar for that property. I've asked them multiple times to discontinue the telemarketing to no avail.

      RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. took almost a year to even get the panels started and the companys customer service is HORRIBLE. Was told by ************************* we would receive the first 2 months free, that was a LIE. Company lies about offers to get you to sign up, and purposely ignores emails for months. Good luck getting ahold of them when you call. If i could, i wouldnt even give them 1 star. Worst company ive worked with by FAR

      Their accounting practices are VERY suspicious. Every time I make a payment through their portal they double and even triple the payments!!! Im about to tell them to come get their c*** off my roof!

      I signed up with Momentum Solar in May 2022. I had most of the solar panels installed 9/26/22 but some were missing so my system still isnt up and running as of 12/9/22. Despite multiple calls, there isnt an eta on when the remaining panels will be installed either. It seems like the company wont provide my sales rep any information on my project. Screens were also damaged during the almost $20k roofing replacement. I opened a case (case # MS101090), provided pictures as instructed but never heard back. Please help me get this work completed.

      I met with a sales rep in early June this year to discuss their solar product. The sales rep ************ was very knowledgeable and professional. However, the meeting was an unnecessary 6 hours long. Since I agreed to this option, my only contact has been the sales rep, and I was the one texting and calling for updates on the project. I've only received one call about completing an FPL form declaring Momentum Solar as an authorized installer. The panels were installed on October 11. I have been waiting for someone to communicate with me since then. I texted *******, and he promised to get me an answer. I'm still waiting for those answers. My experience is unacceptable, and I will not recommend this company to anyone.

      We had a consultation this evening. ****** was great and very informative. After we said we would have to think about it he called his boss, *****. I ********************* on the phone and he was very agitated and aggressive sounding regarding the reported concerns we had. This turned me off completely to the company. We will look elsewhere.

      Got solar installed on sep 26th, was PROMISED a buyer remorse to be paid out on the *** of install, which still has not been processed, each week they give me a run around telling me someone will call and get it check sent out ASAP. It's been over 2months now and still getting run around from them, the customer service number is just a drag, had to wait over 45+min to get the same response each and every week. Prior to install they would call and do check *** to see how satisfied I am as a customer with their initial steps. But now after having to wait over 2+ months I see no hope, didn't want to leave to sorry review but they made me write this review with all their falso hopes for everything.

      What a great experience with Momentum Solar. Everyone was very professional and everything was explained in detail. We need a new roof and momentum got that done. A much better roof than any contractor would have done. The pricing is great. Love getting those $6.00 service fee only bills from the electric company.

      well on june 11 2022 i signed a contract with momentum solar i was promised for 1 free removal and re install on my solar i did not received any paperwork for it and the salesman promised that on installation day i will receive the 26% of the system price in my account that's different from itc amount that is to be funded when i file taxes he said that their company is helping people to use that money if they want to get a new ac unit remodel etc all of this i have prove in text messages now on installation day i did not receive any amount in my account i reached out to my salesman his reply that i was the only one that did not received any amount in their account he said he is going to check on that for me few days later i get a text saying that he made a mistake that he was under different impression i called customer service reported it no one have returned my calls i spoke to ******* one of the managers in nj office he promised to call back never did called him back 4 to five days later my number was blocked had to use a different phone to get a hold of him he said he will get back to me that day never did again so now we had a hurricane in ******* i need to fix my roof called momentum they want ******* to detach and reinstall the system this very bad business conduct promises that cannot be kept
