            My business partner and I have timeshares in **** that we legally rent out on VRBO - we decided to make a business out of it and designed a website, where we were introduced to Futurestay, to link our VRBO for easy access on the website. This turned into a continuous battle to get connected for over a month, when FINALLY we got confirmation that it WAS connected and they created the listing on additional sites like Booking.com. The issue, is that they somehow found and connected (all on their own) a listing from a PRIVATE AirBnb account that has been blocked and shut down for YEARS - and connected THAT; which has now received 2 reservations that we are not being allowed to cancel or refund on our end. We have reached out to FutureStay via email, **************** many times with no resolve what so ever!!! And they won't let me disconnect my bank information or anything else! Completely fraudulent and I have been advised to make another complaint to the *************** which we will be doing right after this!

            These people are crooks! They dont pay hosts, theyre still holding my funds from 2 months ago just constantly jerking me around that they have sent it and their payment processor is the one holding it and that theyll reach it (2 months later theyre still reaching out). Im talking to a woman named ************************* (Customer Success Manage). Liars and crooks! I never have this problem with any OTA or other platforms. These deadbeats wont pay you and will double book yourself, calendar doesnt synch, the list goes on. Pay me now asap!
