      I took an at home test with ETS because not reasonable dates were available at a testing center. My score is show as delayed in the online portal. It is literally impossible to reach this company. I have spent hours on hold only to be sent to a voicemail or hung up on the moment an agent is reached. The Voicemail assures a response within two business days but no emails or calls are returned. I spent have spent a lot of time and money to take this test with no other alternative. Like many others, I have no way of knowing when or why my results are delayed and no information to play for enrollment in school. I have no alternative to choose another company to work with either. What a terrible terrible option and experience. I just want to move forward and have not options which is mind boggling.Beyond that, this online test required the ******* to have access to my computer. The day following this test, I had a security alert on my computer saying that all of my stored passwords had been breached. The timing of that is not lost on me.What a terrible scheme. I wish colleges and institutions would provide an alternative to test takers so this company could not continue to operate in this way.

      ETS issued a ***** iBT at-home test and then proceeded to cancel the scores from the online profile and has not sent any scores to the requesting university two days after providing us with results from two of the four parts of the test. This is for a student seeking college admission who paid the $124 fee to take the exam. ETS phone support is an endless hold which also tries to move you to a digital assistant that can only provide basic information and no path to reconciliation. I talked with people at the main ETS number who continue to transfer me to the endless hold, stating they don't work for the ***** department of ETS. They have guaranteed me I would talk to someone each time saying it's "odd that no one picks up." But no one EVER picks up. I have also done an online search to find that this organization has been deemed a scam by HUNDREDS of prior users.

      The test taker DID make numerous attempts to reach ETS but was sent into endless holds and redirected to web pages that do not exist all BEFORE he asked us here at *** to help him retrieve his scores. I then experienced the same misdirection and endless holds from ETS on my attempts. We BOTH continue to ask simply for his scores to be released and sent to the ***************************** as was expected upon paying the $240 test fee and completing the 3-hour exam on Nov. 9.

      I had my GRE exam on Oct.31, results are typically accessible in 10 to 15 days. However, it is now November 16th, 2022, 17 days after the exam, and I still haven't received my test results even an email imforming me of the delay. I've written to ETS and OTI team a few times, but they haven't responded. Although I'm attempting to be patient, my college application deadlines are drawing near, I want the status of my scores. I did no mistake in the exam ,I can assure you that I have adhered to all of ETS's rules and guidelines and have taken my exam with integrity. This score is so important to my future, already missed so many university deadlines because of the scores I cant keep ruining my future because of this and ets people are so careless regarding this ,they won't even reply to mails and they'll keep on hold if we call to them so please solve my issue . I WANT MY RESULTS ASAP PLEASE REPLY ME...

      I took my first GRE test at 2020 September 12 without any preparation and thus my score is so low with 297. After one year study, I attended my second GRE test at 2021 October 5 at home because covid-19. At this test I got a score of 314, however the official score is still not available, you ETS told me it is under review and it has been one month from my test day. Because my deadline for application is at December, I am so urgent that I cannot wait for the review. So I attended my third test at November 5 with a score of 327, I cannot believe it is reviewed again! It is because my last score is not available that I attend the November 5 test. I really hurry to get a valid score, so I focused more on my behavior and obeyed all my ******** instructions. I really need that score because I have no chance to attend next test before deadline. I have send an email to ETS OTI department, however I got no reply. Do I dare to attend a next test? Consecutive review is unreasonable, I hope you can contact me and help me address the problem soon.

      I took the gre test on October 1 and the official results came out on October 10, but I just logged into my account to send my results to additional institutions and it says unavailable. My deadline for graduate school applications is coming up, and I really need these scores.

      I took this GRE test on Oct.17th and received my score a week after. However, last week, when I logged into my acoount and was about to send my score, it became unavailable. I have been calling and emailing ETS and OTI for so many times, but there are no answers. My application deadline is right away. This whole thing just made me so anxious. I really hope someone could reach out to me and give me a solution. The graduate school applications are very essential for me. I do not want them to be affected in this way.

      I was taking the GRE in-home test with appointment number ****************. I was checking my score status last Friday and there was nothing. Thus, I was planning to give a call to ETS to ask what is going on. For the first and the second call, I was waiting for ************************************************** It was a total waste of my time and so rude. After these two useless calls, I did call the third time and after an hour and a half, finally, someone picked me up but told me nothing except my score has send to administrative review. The person did not tell me why and did not tell me when I am going to receive my score. NOTHING. Today, I did try 3 times to call ETS again but it all ended up hanging me up again and again. I went through all the security checks on my test day, there was nothing happening during my exam, and everything went extremely smoothly. However, I do not know why I could not get my score, and seems like no one would like to tell me why. My graduate school application is not going to wait for ETS's slow and irresponsible response. I need an analyst to talk about my issue. I need an analyst to talk with me about my score and I need my score ASAP.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      There is literally nothing in this response. I have heard from everyone that keep waiting. No one is telling me the reason why that my score has being reviewed and no one is telling me the exactly date.

      Also, from the pervious, you said there will be someone contacting me for the next 14 days. Basically, you told me the same as what I have heard from the irresponsible ETS representative. I was expecting some real solution but not "keep waiting" from BBB. This is the reason why I reached out to BBB because I know BBB is an organization that I could trust and you will provide some solution to my issue.It has been 16 days now since I finished my exam. I still do not know why my score has been reviewed since there are no reasons. 


      Could you please let someone like an analyst from ETS check my score and contact me? I need my score so URGENT because I have a lot of deadlines for my graduate school application. Could you please help me with this? My future career has been ruined if the score is kept under unreasonable administrative review.

      I chose to take the GRE test at home because the epidemic situation led to the cancellation of all the test sites near my home. During my test, I need to point out significantly is that I followed the ********* require to restart my computer many times because the technician couldn't fix my problems with the exam system-when I take the quantitative reasoning part, I cannot fill all the fill-in-the-blank questions, which is a problem in GRE exam system-ETS can check my chat history with ********, the ******* said she cannot fix the problem, and if I am not satisfied with the score I can mail to ETS official. But I got a score of 170 in the quantitative reasoning even if i cannot fill the blank, so I didn't ask for a reschedule test. The most outrageous thing is that I didn't cheat, but I didn't score on the normal date of November 10. When I called, they said I was suspected that I was cheating. I wanted to ask about the details, so I was transferred to someone else, but the call was never connected. I also sent an email to the ETS official, but did not reply to me. What I can't accept most is your third-party invigilator. Whenever there is a problem, the technician will restart my computer, but it has not been able to solve the problem. There is no way for the invigilator to solve the problem of the GRE examination system. If it weren't for the ******19 epidemic and the lack of time, place and places for GRE examination, I wouldn't choose such a f****** **** torturous way of examination.I can't understand why those who cheat so far and get close to full score have not been review. I even want to watch those who cheat apply for school, but I miss my deadline tomorrow because of ETS's mindless review method. I may affect my whole life because of your irresponsible behavior, and ETS officials are not entitled to not officially publish my results in such a situation where there is no evidence but only doubt.

      At present, the hearing time has exceeded 30 days, which was promised before that it would not be too long, but now it keeps being postponed, two weeks and two weeks after two weeks. I have finished all the preparations for applying for the postgraduate degree, but now I cannot submit it because I have no gre scores. Can't my trial start? I have been very anxious about the exam, and I have to wait for my results every day

      We at ETS are highly committed to quality standards and fairness.   After every test administration, we go to great lengths to ensure each test result we report is accurate and valid.  All scores are placed on hold for the duration of the Review.  Most of these routine reviews are completed in about four weeks however,in rare cases, the review can take longer. 

      For the reasons stated above, your October 8, 2022 GRE General Test at-home scores are on hold because they are under administrative review. At the conclusion of our review, you will be notified if there are questions concerning your scores.  Otherwise your scores will be reported to you and to institutions you have designated to receive reports. 

      We sincerely regret any inconvenience that you may experience, and we hope you understand these measures are necessary to ensure the validity and fairness of the GRE scores for all test takers.

      maybe you can give me a reason why i under review or give

       Me a deadline when my score will be received.

       i understand it was necessary however i am already waiting cor 40 days my postgraduate deadline is next week
