    The location of rental hq was sad.the wait time was excessive and the toilet facility was terrible.

    Not a great experience. The office takes forever to get to from the airport (******), and the pickup instructions were not accurate. When we called to get a shuttle, a driver was sent to the United terminal at *********! Instead, we learned we needed to take a shuttle from the terminal to the ************** train, then get another shuttle from the train to the rental office. All told, it was about 90 minutes from the time we left the terminal to getting our car. The ****** Corolla we rented sucked. It was noisy, slow, had poor acceleration, had brutally uncomfortable seats (my back is still in pain) and made a very loud thunk as we pulled away from our parking (did not hit anything). The phone did not sync properly so we could not use Apple Car Play to view the navigation on the car display. The rims were all badly scratched, and the tires scuffed when I picked up the car. It had 67k miles on it and it looked and felt thoroughly abused. The hood to the engine was not properly seated on the body.I drive a ******** Lyriq, and although this is an entirely different class of car, Ive driven ******* and Kias as rentals and give better rides, comfort, performance, and features than the Corolla. They are not ******** luxury, but I feel far more comfortable and confident driving them than I felt driving the Corolla. Ive even rented a **** Fusion and a Flex in the past and they actually gave superb rides and had an overall better quality than what the Corolla offered. I also believe the companies *** rented from in the past (Alamo, Hertz, Enterprise, Budget, and Sixt) take far better care of their cars than Drivo. My sense is Drivo is providing the most primitive cars, not maintaining them well, and driving them well past the time they can provide a good driving experience. Although this keeps costs very low, Im not convinced the savings is worth the general discomfort I had driving the car for a week.

    Terrible people dont ever deal with them number one scam they will charge you for nothing and after just will keep hanging up the phone its better to pay extra to take rent from legal company instead of here dont deal with them

    The worst! The only rental car company that would not accept ****************** and forced me to take out their insurance! A total scam and I will never rent from this company again!

    Drivo customer service is the WORST!!!! PLEASE I BEG YOU ALL DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!!!!It was the worst experience in my 42 years of travel. They lie and are very deceitful about the insurance coverage. They let me rent a vehicle that didn't have the right kind of license plate and wanted me to return it at 915pm when I was 2 1/2 hours away. The agent charged and held ****** on my credit card when they were supposed to only hold ******. Good thing I had other credit cards. They degraded *********** which I have related to them.Again, I beg you DON'T USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

    We had an awful experience with lots of up-charges.

    We called a few days ahead to confirm our car and then they said it would be be ready for hours when we arrived and upsold us to an SUV that was tiny. it ended up having $340 in additional fees on top of our $290 booking. It took a solid hour to wait in line and pick up our car.

    I will never use them again and would rather have a slightly higher up front fee from a reputable company.

    I will not recommend this place to nobody when you leave they put extra charges on your vehicle and once you try to dispute it they don't help you I have my own insurance full coverage and after I left the charge me for insurance when they said I was covered with my own insurance

    Dirty car that was obviously smoked in
    requested you initial contract without visually seeing reading disclosures

    Would recommend a bigger brand over them.

    Avoid Drivo / Ace Car Rental. The are a dishonest and manipulative company that will add questionable fees - you'll end up paying more that you would have for a more reputable company. Drivo / Ace is one of the few companies that require you to prove your insurance coverage. While I was able to clear that (with some hassle), during the process the agent slipped in: "and it's good that you won't have any deductible", which I didn't completely understand. Turns out he added additional paid coverage to my contract which I didn't realize until I got the final bill. I never said yes to that coverage. NEVER ever use this company!!!! They will add charged and bill you for stuff you didn’t agree to. When asked for paperwork they said would email it and never sent anything just gave the key and that’s it. Upon return they put all these charges on and never tell you then when you call customer service they place you on hold for 20 mins and never return so they don’t have to deal with your issue.
