  This company is a scam! They add on charges that you dont sign on your agreement, theyre hard to get in contact with. This company should be investigated and shut down !!!!!

  I been coming to this location for the past 5 years. There *** is a bit far from me, However, the kind staff and reasonable prices keep me coming back. More importantly, the client service keeps me coming back. Special Thanks to ********, one of the managers running the JFK, Conduit locations, Camay, Arkbar and all client/support staff.

  The vehicle was unfit to drive. No air conditioning, water leaking on passenger and driver sides, tires kept loosening air pressure. A 17 hour trip turned into a 24 hour trip with no air. I was charged 75$ additional per day to travel to ******* and it was a tragic trip. We had a two passengers that was asthmatic a 6 month old baby and an adult. My daughter went straight to emergency care soon as we returned. I explained my concerns to the manager at the office, he asked me to give him 24 hours to get the truck maintenance to find the problem. He sent me a text within 2 hours and only offered me a 300$ difference for all my trouble, pain and suffering. I purchased 2 fans and a retractable core from ******* (cash) in order to have air and was not reimbursed my 134$ back. The customer service was horrible and I feel I was scammed out of my money.

  Terrible customer service and they do not disclose their fees upfront. I was charged $100 drop charge even though I made the reservation for a different drop location. The agent ***** at ****** did not mention any drop charges when completing the reservation. When calling customer service the first time, the agent on the phone said that ***** made a mistake and that he's filling it and that I will get a call back. They never called back. I called instead and now a different agent says that they can only refund $50 because of a different drop location. I've disputed the $100 surcharge with AMEX, I've supplied all documents, including the paperwork at pickup (which has no mention of a drop charge). I'm only trying to get treated fairly and pay for what I was quoted for. This place is a huge scam and I encourage you to book elsewhere. You'll end up paying more anyway with this company.

  SCAM company dont rent from them!!! They charge lots of extra fees (double or more than what you thought) and you dont know about till its too late! Shuttle takes you to a small dirty building away from airport so youre stranded.

  They are scammers !!!They have no idea about customer service.. I warned them about my CDW insurance but they charged me 280 USD.. I am trying to solve this issue for 1 week but no respond !! All the managers are lying very professionally!! They said they will watch the surveillance video to solve this problem but never did anything I will go to a lawyer at any cost !!!
