    Zero stars- They are unethical and a bunch of scammers. Make sure you take your own pictures and videos and report any scratches or dents before your get in the car. They dont take the pictures with you and then try to scam you when you return by holding onto your deposit and telling you to write up an accident report when you had no accident because they are running an insurance scam!! Stay away if you can!!

    This place is the best that i have rented a car from there very cheap and the cars are awesome clean efficient on gas also. The reps at this rental car ag4ncy are awesome they help you out all through out the entire check in and out there very respectful, helpful, customer service is great and they go along way on helping the customer too there needs. I love this place i would recommend this place too everyone to rent there i give them a 10 star rating.

    This company and their affiliates engage in unethical practices which include hidden fees,price gouging,lack of transparency, false advertising and insurance scams.

    The worst experience ever! I would give negative stars if I could. The car that was given to ** broke down not even 24 hours after we picked it up. We were trying to drive back to the rental store in ****** because we were suspicious that something was wrong due to the extreme sulfur/gasoline smell coming out of the exhaust (making me physically ill) but it broke down on the way there. Mind you I had my TODDLER with me in this car as well. The associate informed me that they would not bring a replacement car to me to use for the duration of my trip nor did they refund me or compensate me for the car. They essentially stole almost $500 from me and ruined my trip since I was unable to get to the places I needed to go during my trip. I did my due diligence calling for roadside assistance as well using the insurance I paid for to rent the car and the rental car place cancelled that on me as well and failed to inform me so I sat in a parking lot with my child for over an hour not realizing they did that. I had to find out through the towing company that drivo canceled the service on me. I feel extremely taken advantage of. I hope no one else has to experience what I went through.

    If it wasnt for *****, our entire 5 day trip to the Princeton would have started out as a total disaster. I reserved a car at ********* not ****** and didnt even notice my mistake . ***** made an overwhelming effort to help us out and get us back on track. Thanks again *****! Your superior customer service will always be appreciated.

    They were great!!! We rented our vehicle at the Drivo by *********** best decision I made. The service was excellent, customers were being attended to quickly, professionally and respectfully, the cars were exceptionally clean. I was very impressed and pleased with ****. **** was respectful, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure we had a complete understanding of everything dealing with our car rental and that we were more than satisfied. I will definitely return back to Drivo for all my future rentals especially to the *** location.

    The staff at the Queens Location were very efficient and knowledgeable about how to assist with my difficulties trying to acquire a vehicle for a very important purpose.Life changing event for me although we started off very rigid they managed to get the job done and I was able to get to my destination and back, thanks to your customer service representatives.Great outcome!
